    October (8-months) and already faded!
    Michael B.

Do not buy anything that you will need for longer than 1 year. I purchased a 13' x 10' Gazebo and 7 piece wicker furniture set for around $920. Products were okay when I first put them up, and then BAM! 6-months later, wicker furniture color completely faded. 8-10 months after that (1 year 2-4 months later) I started seeing rips in the canopy where the poles attach to the canopy. I decided to contact the company to see if I could get a replacement canopy, and they said, 1) They don't have a replacement canopy for the item for purchase, and 2) They will NOT honor anything after 366 days. I sent timestamped photos showing the degradation of the items over time, and still no luck. I requested to be contacted by a manager, and did not receive a call back or email. $920 for a bit over 1-year of use with no support after 1-year. Don't throw your money away. Take a look at the photos. They will not stand by their products after the year is up.

Bought some chairs from Aosom. They were scratched and I returned them a month ago. Tried to reach customer service. Tells you the wait time is 3 minutes every phone call but ALWAYS sends you to voice mail. 4 phone calls, 4 emails and they never respond. Reporting this to my credit card and BBB as fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This product is garbage. Don't waste your time or money. I bought two of them for my trip to Europe…read moreand both did not work due to the locking mechanism, that when you put in the correct combination, would not open. I had to use tin snips to cut one of them when I had my bike locked to a tree. Took less than 10 seconds to cut, thankfully in my situation. The company is not responsive to criticism and basically told me I was lying and did not want me to send them the lock that did not open as proof. They were not willing to make things right.

I won't ever leave my bikes unattended for long periods of time with any type of lock. No lock is unbreakable but this lock cannot be cut easily. Be smart when you lock your bikes. OttoLock is that extra hoop thieves would have to jump through that they may not be ready for. Lock your bikes in a public area as well. If you can lock your bike within sight as well. If you want to break through this lock you will have to be loud and it will take you longer than usual. A friend of mine had a u lock and the OttoLock locking his bike. They cut through the ulock but left the bike after the OttoLock was taking too long to cut. They failed to cut through. A thief may only spend a few minutes trying to take the bike. Any longer and they risk too much. The OttoLock does that. It will deter a thief. It's small and easily carried with you which I love. The rubber straps used to hold the lock on the bike will not scratch your bikes paint job as well. The lock has a rubber coating as well to keep your paint surface clean.

I went and got lunch at Carl's Jr. 20-30 goes by and I came back and talked to the mechanic. He pointed out some things that was wrong with the trailer. The leak I mention and needing a new faucet. He said they should be easy fixes and replace. He also told me about my city water having a leak that might need to be replaced. I said ok I have to get back to work and ask him how much. He said he doesn't handle the billing bill does. I dropped it on a Friday and got a call on Tuesday. He sent me the invoice. They charge me 1 hour to check the faucet that I already told them need to be replaced. And .5 hour at checking the toilet. I was already aware of and he only spent 20-30 mins too and got all the info he needed already but they want to charge me 199 an hour at 1.5 hours..... I asked if those will be included in when they repair / replace it. They said no they another 2 hour of work... I felt ripped off and scammed.

I will start by saying that this review is for the Sherwood location…read more Very important backstory for contrast. The Beaverton location is rough. It's very small and I think they have a lot on their plates over there. I had so many rude interactions at that location that I was worried that I was going to have to do all of my hockey shopping online. I bought shin guards there for about $100 and a Bauer hockey helmet for about $180. I was grateful for the shred of time that the helmet guy offered to me, he genuinely crammed me in while it was busy so he gets 5 stars. My goal was to slowly accumulate enough gear to play some hockey. I originally wanted to play roller hockey and had invested in most of the gear. I even have Marsblade R1 elite level skates and I practice multiple times per week. I was about to sign up for roller hockey at Indoor Goals when I found out that they are closing. So... I decided ok fine, I'll make the best of it. Ice hockey it is, I've wanted to do this for 20 years. So, I found some used skates that were in awesome shape and decided that I'd get a Superfeet hockey footbed, some new laces, some new rivets to replace the rusty ones, and a skate sharpening. Back in the day, they were pro level skates that retailed for about $600. They are old Nike Bauers that look sweet in a vintage way and I figured they could handle a few sessions of ice while I saved up for real skates. The guys at the Beaverton shop seemed like they were absolutely disgusted at my skates, one guy with longer dark hair actually rolled his eyes at me and practically barked at me for the rest of the interaction. I shrugged it off. I needed them sharpened and the nearest rink (Sherwood) was 30 minutes away. He growled at me that I'd have to leave them overnight. Cool, no problem. I came back the next day, and this shorter guy with a buzz cut at the counter kind of spat the words "why do you want these rerivited?" I said because they were rusty, and I just want to get started with some beer league hockey and can't afford a lot right now. He chastised me for wanting them to be rerivited and then also told me that I needed to buy new holders because my holders would "shatter the moment they came into contact with ice." He then sort of smugly said that I would have to wait another day to have them sharpened. The whole interaction was so awful (again) that I went out to my car to decide what to do. I wanted to cry out of frustration because I am so sick of this town and of how few resources there are for the sports that I love. Right then and there I decided that I was going to march back into that hockey shop and get my skates back and drive 30 minutes down to Sherwood. Even though the same company owns both of these shops, the difference is night and day. A guy with a beard at the Sherwood store was so stinkin helpful and awesome that I ended up spending $300 on the sharpening, hockey pants, a chest protector, a green biscuit, a towel, practice Jersey, and I even bought new gloves to replace my other ones that are falling apart. He was just incredible. Absolutely 5 stars. Because of him I feel like I have a pro shop that I can go to. I was so genuinely upset that the two places to get hockey stuff by my house are so awful that I was really questioning if I should just not play hockey at all. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan-- hockey town. I always thought hockey people were humble and welcoming. That was my experience growing up. The guys in my class would beg me to play with them. They were amazing. Now decades later, as an adult, I almost thought I'd made a huge mistake picking hockey. If I have to battle my way through a bunch of elitist snobs to do something I love, If every interaction is a fight, if places are closing down, if the outdoor hockey rink in Beaverton is cracking up and has no nets, maybe I should just call it and just go to the gym. But thanks to that awesome dude at the Sherwood ice arena, I am stoked to keep at it and maybe finally get some real playing time! Thanks dude !!! I appreciate you so much! PS The selection at the Sherwood location is great.
