Unlike their nearby competitors, they go out of their way to make it work. Aaron (I think that was his name) literally ran to grab the battery tester, ran outside to test my car, and quickly got me the answers I needed as to whether or not my battery was causing me trouble, or something else in the starter system. He recommended a new battery (that was not the most expensive option...), lent me tools, and was otherwise very helpful. All the while "doing me a favour" by checking my car even though they have a policy of "not going outside the store after 5pm" (another potentially silly policy--except maybe for safety or security--but still, not great for customers who need help and want to use their "free battery check" that they advertise. Anyway, happy with my experience at this store, especially after a terrible one at AutoZone on 13th 15 minutes earlier. Will go here first from now on.

On top of it, he says it like it is and if he can't do it then he recommends someone else. Come on! Most places would be like "no, we don't do it. Brought the bike over, ended up buying a set of tires and he got me in and out in 30-45mins in time for my meeting. My work schedule is outside of his shop time but he tries to accommodate me. He goes out of his way when I get to the shop after work close to 7pm so I can get my motorbike back. What!? That's fucking stellar service. The shop is next to Autozone, same side. A small opening, you could possibly miss it. The lot is shared with another car shop, he is at the end of the lot. Slow down, and you'll be able to catch it. I previously disconnected the smart alternator so I replaced the battery. still had a slow crank.
