I'm surprised they don't have more reviews. After a sucky experience at Oreilly's Auto Parts, I stumbled onto this gem. They were quick to offering me help and giving me pricing. They also offered to carry the heavy battery back to my car (which is just one way they went above and beyond). I'll be sure to head their way again if I ever need auto parts. ***Update: Returned again today, and experienced amazing customer service as well. I believe Bong (sp?) was the one that helped me, and he does such a great job at making his customers feel like they're being taken care of. Highly recommend this place! read more

One of the worste services I have ever received. One of the workers asured me he had ordered the part I needed on saturday(with out any money down) then calls me Monday to pick up the part (gas tank seal). Once I am there, the part is not, none of there branchs has it in stock. I could have been at school prepping for my midterms. Thanks for wasting my time twice (I went back a second time with same results). Step it up, at least allow me to order something to be delievered to a branch closer to where I live. Very poor service. Two stars only because they have good prices. read more

Came in to pick up some parts today and was out the door in about 5 mins. Great, fast, and friendly service!! Would deff recommend to all my friends. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Even helped me load everything in my car. Before I paid, the guy made sure I knew everything I was paying for and that all of it was correct. the worse services i have received from an auto part store. seventeen days ago i ordered some parts for my car. finally i pick them up today after no one called me during this time to pick them up, i went ones and asked for my part but no answer about my parts, no body knew where were my parts; i left without parts the day. today i called to the store, again they did know anything about my order, i went to the store for the second time and asked for parts and after discuss with some of the employees for more then forty minutes, they found my parts but they are not the ones i ordered. i tried to return the pars but they say i can not, and they had me called the owner by phone. i called more then twenty times trying to get a hold of FRE, the owner. and when i finally got to talk to him, he went crazy on me telling me that it was my fault about the parts, the delay, the long time waiting etc. And that there were nothing to argue them we hang-up ( what a SUEPER BAD costumer services) NOW, after all this im stock with some parts that i will never use ( I CANT BELIEVE IT, WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MY MONEY ) El peor servicio que e tenido de una tienda de partes para auto. diecisiete dias atras ordene unas parte para mi carro. finalmente las recoji hoy despues de que nadie me llamara durante este tiempo para ir por ellas. yo fui por una ocasion y pregunte por mis partes que avia ordenado pero ninguna respuesta sobre las partes nadie savia donde estaba mi orden; me fui sin mis partes de auto ese dia. hoy llame ala tienda, otra vez no sabian nada de mi orden, fui a la tienda por segunda vez y pregunte por mis partes, y despues de discutir con varios de los empliados por mas de cuarenta minutos, finalmente encuentran las partes ordenadas pero no son las partes que ordene. trate de debolverlas pero me dijieron que no podia y que me comunicara con el dueño por telefono. llame por mas de veinte vesez tratando de comunicarme con FRE, el dueño. If you ever have any needs for parts this is the place to go and they will take care of you. Six months ago my family and I were on vacation in San Jose and the catalytic converters got stolen off my car. We were stranded and had to get home. I stumbled into Intex Parts and Fred Ho was able to get me the replacement parts (at half the price of the parts from Toyota) and helped us get back on the road within 3 hrs and home safely. Recently I took my car in to get smog and they said the catalytic converter is no longer approved to be used on my car. I called Fred, and again, he was able to help me and worked with the manufacturer to find the solution. Fred was able to replace the parts and got the parts installed to my satisfaction. Fred Ho is an honest man with integrity who cares about the reputation of Intex. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customer needs are met and satisfied.
