I was told, yes, I then asked could I get it by Friday, I was told yes. I drove all the way from Oxford. When I got there I entered the building and walked all the way to the other side of the store and NO ONE could be found. I walked back to the counter and was repeatedly yelling, Hello and still no one. I walked back to the other side of the store and there was a gentleman in an office. He came out as soon as he heard me saying Hello. He had to go to the back and got a girl. I told her why I was there she looked totally lost. The owner was a little confused as to why I was in the store and not in the embroidery store. So he told me where to go to get there. I got there and the girl was writing down my request and when I told her I needed it by Friday, she told me, "there is no way they can do it by then." I walked out totally frustrated and very disappointed in the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I received. I did call the store back and spoke with the owner and told him how disappointed I was and he offered for me to come back and he will make sure I get it by Friday. NO thank you, two horrible customer service experiences I will find someone else!! Word of mouth is the best power we as CUSTOMERS have, and this is not the first time for bad customer service at this store. But I went out of my way to be told NO. Make sure you get a name if you call.

They have great tees for women, you can get them fitted with cap sleeves, some have bling and others are just your very comfortable jersey style with full sleeves.
