(Dropping a price by $3,000 in 5 minutes flat is a bit of a clue that the original price is absolutely outrageous, of course.) He told us about all sorts of different ridiculous services that he would offer, like "injecting vitamins into the tree, which would would go up and down its veins," or some such nonsense. He tried to pressure me into agreeing by saying that he already brought his team out there. He then fell down drunk, inside my house, in front of my in-laws.
