My Sienna lift gate would not open using the button inside so I had to manually open it from the back. Toyota gave me a $4000-$6000 estimate to repair it. He asked for my keys, said he was a tech and he would see if he could take care of the issue. About 10 or 15 minutes later he brought my van back to me and said it was taken care of. I would give this company less than 1 stars if I could. I made an appointment for a Thursday at 1pm to get an estimate. I went down there, and they blew me off for a meeting. Completely ignoring my scheduled appointment. I asked the front desk what I should do. She suggested I send them photos and they should be able to give me an estimate that way. Not sure why they didn't just suggest that in the first place. But I agreed and sent them photos. Then the next day on Friday. I called to see if they had my estimate. The front desk said it was done and sent to the insurance company. I asked why they didnt copy me on that and if she could at least give me the estimated cost. She then looked around and then admitted they hadn't done it yet. So now they ignored my scheduled appointment and then they lied to me. But it doesnt stop there. The following Monday I called and asked to talk to a manager. I explained everything that had happened and asked his suggestion as to what Im supposed to do to get the quote. He suggested I go elsewhere. No customer service, not attempt to make things right, just "find somewhere else". Terrible business practices. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

And made our first impression of Phoenix Moved my Daughter to Phoenix cross country this weekend and while removing car from tow dolly, the bumper came off and cracked the bumper and under protection. initial experience was fine. Got the appraisal. I liked the feel of the place so I asked them if they could meet/beat the slightly lower 2nd estimate I'd received elsewhere. The rep said he would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes after he looked into it, but I never got the call. I followed up with them the next day and forwarded a copy of the other estimate as requested. February I ended up getting hit with a bunch of garbage on the freeway and it ended up scraping half of my bumper. I went and got estimates from three body shops after having my insurance inspect the vehicle through drive in claims. Two other body shops wanted to charge me and additional 150-200 to repaint the rest of the bumper because of rock chips. I went in to Andy's and was greeted by Ron Lyell he reviewed my insurance estimate and said that they gave him more than enough hours to do an entire bumper. I knew right away with Ron being honest up front about pricing I wanted to use Andy's for my repairs. Everything was setup I got my car back on time and the work looks like the damage did not even happen. He even offered to repaint a mud guard that I replaced and even installed it for free. It is a 2002 Infiniti QX4 - they make sure that they don't go over the allotted amount prescribed by the insurance adjuster. The staff is excellent. The Shop Manager Ron L. met me at the office door and at that point I started to get a good feeling about this shop. Ron then started the estimate process and took detailed photos and had a tech remove the damage exhaust port so I could be on my way to work. These repairs stem from a Hit and Run accident and my nerves that morning were on edge. I was in the office for less than 10 min with full detail of how the repairs and payment would be handled. Ron asked if I needed a rental car and offered to arrange a rental for the length of the repairs. I was rear ended on the freeway a few weeks back. I called earlier today to ask when I can come in for a quote and begin the process to repair my vehicle. I spoke to the manager named Ron and he was extremely friendly and informative. He told me I could come in that evening and get an estimate. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and instantly began inspecting my vehicle. He told me originally that I could come in next Monday and have my car back sometime later that week. Matt provided poor customer service. He didn't even do basic research to get me the best value for my repair. He couldn't explain in a clear fashion the quote charges. He was only interested in giving me half-truths and getting the maximum amount of hours into the job, to get the maximum amount of cash. Repairs are good, but the communication was awful. I took my car to Andy's after my insurance company recommended them. The initial inspection was quick and the employees were super friendly. They told me the repairs would take two weeks and they would call me when the parts came in, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I had to call them to find out if the parts had even come in before I dropped off my car. When I did drop off my car, again the staff was super friendly and promised to call every few days with updates. Again this did not happen. The first time I called they said they would call back, but did not. The second time I called they did update me on what was going on and said they would call me again in a few days. Four days later they still had not called and I had to again reach out to them about the progress. In the end the repairs only took 2 days more than expected, but when I called on the day I was supposed to pick up my car the guy did not know if it would be done or not.
