My wife and I tried to bring a friend of ours in to try the pizza last night. We arrived before 9:30 and sat at the bar. The bartender who served us was busy but when they go to us it was maybe 9:34pm, not a long wait. They then told us that because it was after 9:30 we could only order pizza by the slice which was disappointing because we really wanted to show our friend our favorite pizzas. Music is way too loud and it seemed like one of the Dj's was wasted.

My girls went to check out the game area. I went to check out the pizza. None of the pizza were to my liking because I don't eat pepperoni. I didn't see any other flavors at the time. I'm not sure if they rotate their pizza flavors. Anyway, we ended up not getting any pizza from here. I would love to return and play skeeball the next time we're at RPM. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in.
