Such a great pizza place with excellent service and food! Stopped by here as I was in the area and it did not disappoint. They have a online menu and when I got there, the staff explained that and also guided me through my order. Super easy to order and the pizza was made fast (ordered a meat pizza and garlic cheese bread) and when I got home, it was so yummy. The toppings ratio was excellent and the crust was so good. We have picked up pizza twice in April and May 2023 and both times the pizza was prepared per our requests (split pies with Hawaiian on one half and veggie on the other), was hot, delicious, and ready before the promised time. I lime their pizza well enough, but I was kind of shocked when I went in today to pick up four takeout pizzas, and none of the four guys working there were wearing a mask. This in the as the Delta variant surge is overwhelming hospitals in areas with low vaccination rates. I am vaccinated against COVID, but I have young children who are not. I washed my hands and put the pizzas in a hot oven for a while to kill off any viral shedding. I won't return until they get wiser, if they ever do. Bad experience is due to a very poor customer service I received over the phone when I called to place a large order of 20 pizzas. I called several times before someone answered the phone. The first two or three times someone answered and hang up right away. The other attempts redirected to a fax machine. Finally after several attempts, Carlos Macias decided to answer and the guy was nothing but rude. First arguing that he didn't hung up on me, that I didn't talk so he hung up.... So I called and didn't talk 5/6 times? I don't think so. And why the fax machine went off half of those times I called? Then he was rushing me "because they were about to close and had a lot to do". He even said to me to call back "later" when I was ready to place my order!!!! He had no patience what so ever and when I said he didn't have to be so rude he said I needed to understand they were short staffed!!! What type of customer service is that? you never let the customers down. No matter how chaotic the moment could be, you need to keep your cool and be courteous! I was making a large order over $500 in pizza. He didn't even get the credit card info correct! Other staff member had to call the day of and request the info again. The Pizza is delicious, no doubt about it. And the delivery right in time. But customer services was horrible. Well, when I called to confirm the order the day of , Steve answered the phone and he was very nice I have to say, Same was the delivery guy... very nice. Love the pizza here! We found it as a recommendation from a friend. We have always gotten the veggie pizza which is loaded with fresh toppings and never disappoints. The sauce has a notable spice to it which adds a bite amidst the subtle veggie flavors. The pizza isn't at all greasy which is tough to do without compromising the flavors. It is delightfully affordable which keeps us coming back for more. My only critique is that we have had multiple (at least 3) instances of being unable to get through on the phone to order during peak hours which is a bit frustrating for a pizza joint.
