This place used to have good food at a good price. Now it has neither. We have noticed a downward trend in the quality of the food the past few months and we have had enough of this place. We order from this place at least once every 2 weeks since they opened but no more. Chewy tasteless crust, pizza is under cooked or burnt, margherita pizza is disgusting now, globs of canned diced garlic and watery tomatoes. Gross. 2 pizzas for $30? No more. Sad. I have waited to leave review blaming myself for unhappy history . To explain my daughter had ordered a pizza and bread sticks on a father daughter date day. It was very good as the pizza was decent but the bread sticks she ordered really made me want to switch to these guys for my go to. I felt guilty enjoying it without the Mrs that I ordered here again trying to sway the boss and win her over on our date night. Something went wrong with my order and it had tomatoes as a topping and cheese on the bread but I asked for ranch for both pizza and bread for my girl and was even charged for the extra I requested because it only comes with one for side with bread sticks and got none. Ugghhh. Well I ordered again and it was a little better because they remembered the ranch. Now since this order I have frequented uncle Howie's where they don't deliver and it was very good but had to pick it up. Well I wanted to enjoy the pool so I tried one last time here but I had my atm card hacked days before so I called after trying online to set up using cash failing so I called in and was treated like my request was crazy. After talking to a manager they said they don't take cash due to being robbed????? Ok, it was a bump in the road but WTF is the world coming to when your hardship is my problem. Why not put systems in place as it's called American currency and I've been hacked by fraud with bank cards and have never been robbed personally for cash. I even went around asking others if they had personally ever been robbed for there cash and noone I asked had but all of them have had a card that had been used fraudulently inconveniencing them. Yet we all still have them .My review score isn't reflective of no cash policy however you guys take my cash tip Everytime so I'm questioning the real reason why no Cash. Anyways pizza always came way early with a long original estimate which for me is frustrating because I'm very efficient with time management and always am in the middle of a short task but that also isn't reflective of score. Honestly I don't see how there reviews are so high. I think they have good service and they aren't ever late but the food was great one out of four times and when you pay for a antipasto salad you expect it to wow you over a house salad and it was beat down and didn't get eaten and pizza is something that we are eating less of and wanted to justify it with a crappy salad. So we woofed the greasy pizza starving and skipped the healthier salad because it was unexcusable. Who ever made it saw it's condition and my photos didn't have me moving or manipulating anything. Please see my other reviews as I am not a negative person who sees reasons to complain. Strongman I wanted to make you my people as your reviews and others swear by you. Honestly I don't like the service at uncle Howie's or mountain Mike's but I think the food quality beats you and jerseys may be the victor in it overall with Ramanos being decent with more options. Anyways I don't know if I'll try you again but if I do and I have a change of experience I will reflect that by updating my review and score. I also ordered a salad which was good... i thought a little small for the $10 price, but i know everything is going up right now so I understand. No red peppers or parm included. They said 30 minutes and it was exactly 30 minutes to my hotel room so that was good. Hands Down my favorite place to order pizza from in Redlands! They have the best crust and they load your pizza with toppings. Their wings have this perfect flavor and just enough heat! They can be a little heavy on their seasonings so i suggest asking for easy seasoning. Other than that, it's delicious and worth the price! read more

My husband and I were in the mood to try something new besides our usual traditional pizza chain pizza. Strongman was a breath of fresh air and so glad we discovered it! The pizza was delivered warm, and cooked to perfection. The crust....the CRUST. I am a total crust connoisseur and Strongman I applaud you . This pizza hasn't failed me like some of these other guys. The dough they use on this pizza is really good... I like to compare pizza crust to Pizza Huts... because pizza huts corporate pizza tastes like poop... the price for this strongman pizza is well worth it too even for the custom ones. I would suggest though, since I tried to have it cooked well done (just to try it this time). Unless you like your pizza to be like it been sitting out for 2 days straight, (my fault), let them do their thang with the cooking. Incredibly delicious pizza! We ordered a extra large half and half Margarita pizza with ham and then the other half a combo. Oh my goodness. The toppings are fresh! The sauce is outrageous. The Margarita pizza was slightly spicy with a perfect hint of garlic, fresh tomatoes, ham and Italian seasoning. Amazing. The cheese was divine. Melted to perfection. Silky, stringy and simply heavenly. I didn't try the combo half but it was gone within moments. It's safe to assume it was equally delicious. Another plus--they deliver! I'm excited to try other pizza combinations. I was a faithful patron to a local pizzeria until it went south. Definitely thrilled to have Strongman Pizza in town. The pizzas were good. The wings were okay and the salad was not much to write about. Ordered a large meat lovers and a small pepperoni, chicken salad, cheese bread and wings. Pizza had a lot of toppings and was cooked we'll done as we requested. The wings were fine but the sauce didn't do it for us. The chicken salad was okay, the chicken was over cooked and amount lacking for the price. Plus, there were pieces of salad that were old, had the pink and redness on them. Cheese bread was just that cheese and bread. Everything was done on time when we arrived. We didn't have to wait. We walked in and were greeted warmly. As we left, we noticed there was a B grade in the window. Will admit a flood of concern washed over us and we were curious to know why they had been given that rating as the store appeared very clean. Sorry to write such a bad review but it just really wasn't a good experience. Couldn't find an online menu of any kind so I ended up ordering on the phone via a Facebook photo they posted of their specialty pizzas. There was an advertised deal of $13 for a two topping LARGE pizza AND a side of wings. Figured I only needed a medium, so ordered a chicken bacon ranch medium and a side of wings - total was $20. ???? Explained to the guy over the phone that this doesn't make any sense, though he sounded confused himself and said because it was a specialty it was $7 more expensive????? Didn't offer to change anything. Especially interesting since in a previous review some lady was offered a deal/discount that made her LARGE pizza $7! Whatever, can't order expecting a discount for no reason. So we waited for delivery. Only took a half hour so that was great (tipped $5 just for that and the fact that the guy was so nice) but the actual pizza - what a waste of money. Even just looking at it it doesn't seem right - taste was a whole other ball game. Soggy, chewy bits of chicken that made me gag, and the sauce on the wings were watery (and lukewarm) Honestly, we have six slices of an eight slice pizza left and we don't even want to save it to eat later. My 12 year old brother paid for this meal as a treat for me after a bad day, so the fact that what he thought would be an awesome pizza place according to yelp turned out to be worse than papa johns - can't tell who is more disappointed here. I'll give this place three stars for the friendly service and how good the veggies and meat were on top of the pizza. The store itself is a little hole in the wall without much for seating or anything, but so are most pizza joints. Two stars off though for the most important part of any pizza - the dough. Their pizzas are too doughy and thick for my liking (I know some people prefer doughy, as do I sometimes but really only with east coast yeast). Plus our pizza came out with the dough burned. All in all, it was awesome cheese and toppings on top of a very mediocre crust. read more
