I've been working in the event industry for over 20 years and rarely will I write a review for a vendor/partner. However, in this case, I feel compelled to do so. My company worked with Stuart Event Rentals on our client's Super Bowl event this year. It was a major undertaking that involved transforming a theme park into a private pre-game party for 6,000 guests. Throughout the process, Stuart met and far exceeded our expectations and were always professional, flexible, courteous and knowledgeable. From their tireless work dealing with a very stringent and unusual permitting process with the city; to multiple equipment changes and rain contingencies; to on-site problem solving, the Stuart Rental team became our "go-to" partner on this project. Special thanks to Andrew Sutton, our Stuart Rentals lead on this project who went above and beyond on numerous occasions! I wish we could work with Stuart Rentals on our events all over the country. Our agency was looking for a tent for an event in May. We reached out to Stuart event rentals in early April and asked for a quote. Andrew Sutton was assigned as our rep. After some back and forth about our needs and confirming the client was ready to move forward we confirmed with Andrew that we wanted to move forward. He was awful at responding to emails and when he did reach out he was not helpful at all. A few weeks after we confirmed our needs I reached out to him about the permit. He didn't respond for a few days and when he finally did he said they were not able to get the permit in time. That's it. One line. No explanation. We went to another vendor Event Bright Rentals and they have been fantastic. There has been no issue with the permit and it's the same fire department that Andrew would have gotten a permit from. I sent him an email asking for an explanation and never received a response. I would NOT work with this vendor again simply because of the awful experience with Andrew. read more

Mark Marini was fantastic to work with, right from the initial call. He took the time to ensure that all aspects of the order were taken care of in a timely fashion - quote, to pick-up to delivery and after. The website to place the orders was also very user friendly and was well complemented by the excellent human touch and attitude that Mark exhibited throughout the process.
