The local honey store in old town is very nice, staff is nice, and the merchandise is diverse. Even has honey lotions! I tried, it's a little oily, but certainly gives out enough moisture. Honey are not cheap in the store, especially the wild flower honey. I bet the quality of the honey is good. I wish they can provide some kinda of tasting. read more

This is the cutest shop! I thought it was just for honey, but no they sell a whole a lot of cute things. I love honey so I was exciting to have the sample testing. I ended up buying the bourbon infused honey with some lollipops. The employee that was working was great. The store was empty so we chatted a bit and she was so nice. read more

Very cute honey and apothecary shop. They have honey infused bourbons, mixed flavor honey, honey soaps, honey candles, essential oils and a small clothing corner. Definitely want to get everything but only visiting and my luggage can't hold that much!! read more

A redirect for the business owner: I did not misconstrue the situation, I was in the store with my family my husband and my two daughters a 3 y/o and a 9 y/o. I myself and my husband were right behind our 3 y/o. I commend you for having 5+ yr employees! No bad reviews ever is also very impressive as well. Nonetheless you should then know, that as a business owner: the customer is always right, and a problem here and there will always arise. A little constructive criticism goes a long way. A lot went wrong on my visit, there was no greeting upon entering the store. Nor any recommendations or helpful insight while inside the store. Outside says free honey samples, that was never offered. Yet, let me get back to the statement you just made : "A playful alert" which consisted of your associate telling my 3 y/o. Since it was said she was "attempting to take" As if she was going to steal or I was going to walk out of the store without paying. ( I guess your associate never heard her ask for the candy) Horrible assumption and very bad for business, must have been assumed since I was talking in a language other than English. Since it seems to be the stereotype for some places. Lastly, I live in Saint Augustine I am not "visiting" for the year I have been here all the places we have dined or shopped at have been so welcoming to all members of my family. Such a sweet thoughtful shop that was well decorated, smelled incredible, and had an awesome selection! This shop was such a fresh breath of air amongst A LOT of tacky shops in the area... I actually thought Saint Augustine would have a more curated selection of shops, but at least there are a handful like this place. While a little on the pricy side I do think it's actually worth it because some of the candles and essential oils in this place seemed very high quality and smelled so good that my husband even commented on them (quite the rarity). Just a bit of feedback; maybe offer a small tasting section or if I missed that, have the employees offer samples? I think I might have left with some honey had I tried some, but I left without really thinking at the time to ask to try some things! read more

This is a must do stop in St Augustine. It's a lovely little shop full of honey, jam, soaps, grow kits, and candles. Natalie was lovely and gave us samples of the different flavored honeys to help us make our decision. I purchased a CBD stick and soothing cream. I am fully aware that these products are on the higher end. However your sales assistant felt the need to point out to me that the stick is 145 when I asked for both. In the future, if people ASK how much then they care about the pricing. If not then they are aware of what they are purchasing! Then asked to leave a review on yelp at the time of checkout for a 20% discount. Needless to say I was insulted by the level of customer service so I declined to leave a review at the time. However, I feel like we all need to learn where we can improve when communicating with others. read more
