It has been a great method everywhere that I have lived. This venue is a blessing!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I called ahead of my visit this time, because I was on a mission to find Thai chili peppers. Score!!! I was getting desperate after going to a local "natural market", then Winn Dixie, and was I was almost going to go to a Thai restaurant to ask if I could buy some peppers off them. I called to PJ's and asked the owner and I lit up like a kid at Christmas time when she said "yes, I have them"! I immediately said that I was on my way! There's lots of parking spaces and it's easy to get in to the plaza from the road. Not only was it easy to find my prize, but it was so fun to look at all the delicious ingredients, treats, dishes, teas, and medicines. The refrigerators and freezers are full of Asian delectables and I was sooooo hungry and wanted everything! I had to limit myself for now because I was waiting for my next paycheck, but I still bought more than I should have!!!! Why ? Because I don't get to see these products at other local stores. I know that I always get my necessities/ essentials/ pantry must haves... but it is so hard not to get candies, teas, snacks, dishes, and cravings!!! I should not shop when I'm hungry... or did all these awesome products just make me hungry!!! I was feeling greedy for sure!!! I love this venue and I love the awesome lady sitting at the counter as she helped me pick out which package of pickled mangoes were better. And of course, I bought the one was her favorite!!! That's the power of competition I guess. They also finally implemented a loyalty program, also probably because of Lotte. I've been coming here since they opened and I really want to support them and see them be successful. At least they're trying to improve. The selection of items and produce and meats here are good. Their food court is also good and I often come here just for the food court. The owner, or a lady I assume to be the owner, is always mean-faced and not friendly. The workers there (except for one girl who's always nice) aren't friendly either. I don't understand this since it doesn't cost anything to be nice and it makes people feel welcome at your store. I don't take it personally, but stores like Dinosaur, Tha Moa, RD Market, and Lotte consistently offer much friendlier service with staff who understand how to treat customers. At Dragon's, the owner also works as the cashier, and the checkout experience felt tense and uncomfortable. The woman working Saturday night the 15th shift was particularly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning under any circumstances. The Skinny Vietnamese lady, I think she's also the owner. She is significantly friendlier and more welcoming than the rest of the staff. Despite working very hard, she still treats every customer kindly and respectfully. That is what true leadership looks like. The team could benefit from following her example.

Beyond food, they also carry hair care products, soaps, and kitchen items like plates, bowls, chopsticks, sakè dishes, and soy sauce containers. They even have a nice little baked goods section where you can grab a snack while you shop.
