She rushed the manicure. She not only skipped steps which not only caused him to bleed but resulted in the following pictures. She sprayed chemicals all over his hands and nails and then failed to exfoliate afterward because SHE was just ready to go. His hands started peeling immediately after he left. This is really upsetting when you expect good service and you don't get it.

Most nail techs do one hand, then the other...she likes to do one finger on one hand, then switch to one on the other. Rather than using verbal communication she chose to somewhat forcibly push my hand toward the dryer which I wasn't fond of. I was also reprimanded constantly to relax and this was both verbal and a little slap on the hand or shaking of my fingers or turn of the wrist. Toward the end I was told to go wash my hands which is also something I've never done at other salons (usually they use a warm moist towel) so I had to ask where and was vaguely pointed in the direction. The whole experience was unsettling and I truly didn't appreciate being made to feel like I was some kind of ignorant annoyance. Would not return.

My nails were wrecked from taking off acrylic nails & the technician completely restored my nails and gave me a wonderful shellac manicure. This salon is not like a typical nail salon where they do a rush job just to get the next customer in the chair. She took her time and was also knowledgeable of the products when I asked her. Appointments are required although she took me as a walk in! I would highly recommend this nail salon!

I asked for and when I asked for a different color The lady gave me a hard time and said I'm not allowed to keep changing my mind. She filed underneath my nails and she totally cut my skin and I said, how can you please be more gentle, and she did it over and over again not kidding. And I kept asking her to file them all down with the dremel because they were so bulky and she was like is this good? Is this good? Is this good? She was very nasty and it's not even when I asked for. There is gel polish all underneath the nail, these nails look like globed pieces of garbage. She constantly blamed my nails that it was them, and not her. The manager would bot refund us, btw this was $107. The manager told me he would cut them all off then i could have my refund. I have prom tomorrow im screwed.
