Not just her welcoming personality and quality services that keep me coming back, the vibes and decorations at the salon always put me at ease as soon as I sit down and get ready to look fab. Also, everyone dresses so nicely to match the holiday themes. That's one of the cool things I notice about Milan. Unfortunately, most of the other times I visited, the staff seemed somewhat unfriendly. Yesterday, I brought both my daughter and my son in for haircuts. The salon did not seem very busy, so I asked if chị Hiền could cut my daughter's hair. She was busy, so I said anyone could take care of my kids. From the beginning, it felt like no one wanted to do children's haircuts. I'm not sure if it's because kids' haircuts are priced lower, but several stylists kept saying, "I have an appointment next" or "I'm busy." Eventually, one stylist agreed to cut my daughter's hair, and the front desk asked me to wait about 20 minutes for my son's haircut. I was perfectly happy to wait. However, the haircut itself was disappointing. Even my 8-year-old could tell it looked nothing like the reference photo we showed. He was just doing it the way he wanted despite I clearly told him what I wanted for my daughter's hair After waiting about 30 minutes while my daughter's haircut was being done, the front desk again asked if anyone could cut my son's hair. Once again, several stylists said they were busy or had customers. At that point I was frustrated and said, "That's okay, I don't need it anymore." What made it worse was that as I was leaving, I noticed a couple of stylists standing around without clients instead of helping with my son's haircut. I can honestly say that I've visited this salon three times, I tip generously, and I've never been picky. If you're considering this salon for children's haircuts, I would recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, they do not seem to specialize in little boys' haircuts, and some of the staff are not particularly kid-friendly unless you already have a favorite stylist. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

I showed her an inspo photo, and she completely nailed it--the multi-dimensional red and rose tones came out absolutely stunning, and the blend is completely seamless. I am always amazed by Cô Thoa's memory. Even though I only visit once a year, she never forgets me and treats me just like family. She knows I prefer low-maintenance hair, so she customizes the color so it grows out beautifully without harsh lines (perfect for my lazy upkeep!). I was hoping to get a new style and some highlights, possibly balayage done, and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Thoa was so warm and kind on the phone - when I said I just wanted to walk in, she was willing to accommodate me quickly. When I got there I saw that it was simple, well kept, clean. Thoa was friendly and attentive to my inspo pictures. You never know how a new stylist will work, but from the moment I sat down she told me she could do my hair like some of the pictures and she effortlessly went to mix the colors and immediately went to work on my hair. I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill. Then after the washout and blow dry (sweet Kim helped too) she quickly trimmed and shaped my hair and gave me the cutest curtain bangs! When I got up from the chair I felt like a model! I was blown away! I'm telling you I came in with plain hair and came out looking like a celebrity! (Hopefully I can keep up the look at home!) She gave me a great price too! Anh Tuong took care of me right away. I told him I wanted soft baby highlights while keeping a darker base, and he instantly understood my vision. Recently, I made the mistake of going somewhere else due to scheduling conflicts, and I instantly regretted it. Thankfully, I came back, and Kyu completely saved the day. They took a bad haircut and turned it into something amazing, honestly better than I expected. The attention to detail, skill, and consistency are unmatched. Lesson learned: I'm never "cheating" on my hairstylist again.
