This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. She informed me that my lashes would be a "foreign fill" and needed assessment - fair. Her booking is flexible, and I am so old school that I absolutely loved that she was available to speak to me on the phone right away when I called. The salon suites were familiar to me; I had been there a couple of times for a favorite coffee shop, so I immediately felt comfortable. Her room was welcoming and warm, including a comfy blanket for when I got cold. Johnyee was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and assessed that my lashes were done well and we could proceed yay! The experience was all around fantastic, lashes are beautiful and she took the time to go over all the lash care tips I needed.
