You want awesome brows from girls/guys who know what they are doing? Then you should go to here to Studio Brow. Now, I haven't been going here for too long, about a year and a half, but out of that year and a half, I have never been disappointed. I try to go as much as I can when I have some extra time. You see, when I first went to them my eyebrows were a complete wreck. They were thin and sparse from going to nail salons in the past (Mainly because it was convenient) and as well as me trying to fix them myself, which I may add, just made them worse. ha. Anyways, the girls that work there have helped me grow them back. Each time I went there to get them cleaned up they would leave some hairs behind to help bring back the fullness to my eyebrows. They also told me to use coconut oil on them every night for a while to help, and it actually worked!! I never thought I would get my eyebrows back to the way they used to be. Now, they are back to look really good, and I go back for a general clean up about once a month. I recommend this place to all my friends. I am so happy I went there despite all the other reviews that I have read, and you know what? I am 100 % happy I didn't listen and went with my gut. Ignore the negative reviews! I've been going here FREQUENTLY for MANY YEARS and I would give this place the highest of compliments! Cidalia is amazing, she can turn any messed-up eyebrow into a masterpiece. I'm not even exaggerating! The girls there are wonderful, they listen to your requests and will take the time to give you the eyebrows that you want. All these negative reviews are probably from the same rude and nasty customers I have personally witnessed in the store. Yes, sometimes a girl will be having a bad day (don't we all?), but in my experience they always cheer up once you're in the chair. And to all the reviewers complaining about the store hours, know that the mall closes at 9pm, not Studio Brow. They have always maintained the policy of accepting their last appointment at 8:15pm. I'm sorry for the length of this review but it makes me really mad to see these wonderful girls getting treated the way they do by certain customers and then dragged through the muck in the reviews. Studio Brow has always been good to me. I have been going there for about 4-5 years and I always leave with awesome looking eyebrows. I have been to a few of the girls there and I have never had a bad experience. I usually get them threaded. It hurts, but they look so good afterwards. I also have sensitive skin so the threading, even though it hurts, doesn't make my skin so irritated afterwards. What I also love about this place is that they don't just do threading and waxing. They also have services like tinting. I went in there one day to get them tinted darker for my college graduation, because at the time I had dyed my hair black, and my brows were naturally a light brown. The girl that did them was so helpful with answering my questions about the tinting process and how it would not only make my brows match my hair color better at the time, but make them look a bit fuller so i didn't have to fill them in. I get compliments on my eyebrows ALL the time and it's because of Cedalia (Sorry if that's spelled wrong!) at Studio Brow Milford. My eyebrows used to be shapeless and I penciled them in horribly to fill in bald spots I had from trying to shape them myself. I've been going to Studio Brow Milford for about 2 years now and Cedalia has transformed my tragic brows to perfectly shaped and bald spot free brows. It's wonderful the difference a set of well maintained eyebrows can make to your entire face. Every experience that I have had in that red reclinable chair has been professional and welcoming. I've gone to this place for almost 2 years, I originally went in while shopping and a worker by the name of Cassie completely butchered my eyebrows.. I called the following day to complain and I requested Cidalia since all my friends raved about her work... She took a mess that had me in tears and transformed them into perfection. I stopped in to get my brows threaded here a couple days ago. I had a girl named Katie work on me. I had the worst experience here. She was inexperienced and unprofessional. She didn't know the first thing about shaping eyebrows, I wasn't even asked to stretch. Also she was on the phone with her boyfriend while working on me. Paid them $12 plus tax but no tip.
