He was prompt and was always waiting for me as I arrived for my appointment - a great attribute for all his clients. He also gave me good styling tips and recommended me to get my hair highlighted with the salon's top colorist at the time. I had been bed ridden for 3 weeks that continued for another onth. On Thursday I was finally able to walk again and called for an appointment for Friday at 11 am. I am always about 15 minutes early, and due to my age 92 havee to have help with everything. Tina was finishing up her client and a little over. She gets upset if I am early, as I have to sit in a chair with arms to get up. My nurse has to help me. Apparently Tina was angry about my having had to face my appointment on the 1st. She cut my hair dry and it looked great. I moved to get it washed. She washed it and not happy when I had to use the chair instead of te lounge chair. After that she would leave for 10-20 minutes , return and do a little ad leave again. She took time to take a lunch break. Wat usually takes an hour took over 2 hours. She usual charges $35 when it's cut ad $25 regularly. She charged me $50 and everyone was gone but me, y nurse ad Tina. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. She primped herself and just wasted time. I will not go back there and certainly never miss an opportunity to tell anyone about the behavior of this woman. I wonder how much she claims of the cash that she charges. She doesn't take credit cards I was told, so it's cash only. What a sick way to treat a customer.

Unfortunately, as the holidays approached, her schedule was fully booked, so I was placed on a cancellation list for the end of November. When I called at the end of November, I was told I was close to the top of the list. However, when I called again in mid-December, I was told I was 10th in line. This was frustrating and disappointing, as it feels like the cancellation list is overbooked and not managed well. I told the girl on the phone my frustration, she gave me a salty attitude instead of trying to figure something out. I tried to remain loyal and patient in hopes of seeing Alex again, but it became clear that greed and overbooking had taken priority over client care. I was happy with the service itself, but the scheduling and communication were unprofessional and unfair to clients who are waiting and expecting an appointment.
