I was on the fence leaving after my pedicure. During the service, I did feel slightly uncomfortable…read more-- you're sitting on a chair with your knees up and it's not the most comfortable position to be in for a long period of time. I also felt like the filing was rough and felt my skin burning multiple times. I understand that's the service so I didn't say anything and continued on, but I generally get a pedicure for a relaxing experience, not to feel uncomfortable. On top of that the massage is next to nothing. When I left, I saw that she had filed my toenails to the very quick in every direction possible, no shaping, no matching my toes to each other to look uniform. I was even going to forgive all of this and even thought I might go back and try again to see if a second experience would be different... fast forward a few hours and I see that she nicked me in multiple areas on my second and big toe, and my big toe is actually aching pretty bad at the cuticle. Now I just have to hope and pray it doesn't get infected... I probably will not be returning and this has made me hesitant to try a Russian manicure/pedicure in the future.

Definitely 5 stars for her! Just a heads up, all pedicures and manicures here are dry. They don't soak your hands or feet, so keep that in mind if you prefer a more traditional service. Honestly, my manicure experience wasn't that great. I'd give it 3 stars at most. I requested gel polish removal followed by a regular manicure. The technician seemed as if she didn't want to be there. While the cuticle cleaning was done well, the nail shaping was off. I asked for square nails with rounded corners, but ended up with very square, sharp edges that looked awkward. On top of that, the dust from the gel removal wasn't cleaned off properly. She applied polish directly over the dust, making my nails look bumpy. No cuticle oil or lotion was used either, and I left the salon with white dust still around my nails, which felt odd. Honestly, I think a basic corner nail salon could have done a better job with a regular manicure. So not sure if it was worth the price. The location is small but cute. I didn't notice any hygiene issues. There is no parking, so expect to find street or metered parking. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely keep coming back for Lana's pedicures, they're totally worth it! But I won't be returning for regular manicures, as the quality didn't match the price.

B- mid: cut and shape, cuticles, callous removal, sugar scrub, hot lotion with 4 min massage, a hot towel, polish. C- highest end, all of B plus paraffin and 10 min massage. I opted for B as a pedicure only with regular polish. The callous removal was the standard pumice that most places include and they didn't use hot lotion. The list said it was $46. I also got French Tips, which are not on the list but they told me would be $10. I paid with cc and they charged me $60. I think they have a $2 processing fee and just didn't do math right on the other $2. The price list tells you that you get a complimentary drink with purchase and to tip generously (which I find tacky), but no drink was offered. They did a good job and were very friendly. They listened and corrected areas when asked, but overall didn't need a lot of direction (shape of nail, thickness and shape of French tip). The place was clean and calm. I think $60 for what I consider a basic pedicure is very high. I would definitely come back as the service was good, but will try other less costly places. Pedicure prices, regular paid A - $30, B- $46, C - $75. If I recall the manicures were about $5 less. These are all steep (C basically only includes 6 mins more of a massage and a paraffin dip for $30 more!) I think they should be closer to $25, $35, and $50 respectively.

I've been getting gel manicures for 20+ years and when the nail tech cuts your cuticles , sometimes, not often , there can be a small amount of blood. This particular nail tech cut too deep and my finger was bleeding profusely. Initially the tech didn't apologize and she attempted to continue to polish with WET blood dripping down my nail an all over my finger the dip the brush back in the polish. Very unsanitary. I had to literally stop the service myself multiple times. The pictures attached is after I applied pressure for 10 minutes and cleaned it a bit but as you can see it's STILL bleeding. My nails look horrible. The owner was friendly but I will never come here again.

I figured it was a one time thing and trusted after this fill it wouldn't happen again. However, after only 1.5 weeks after that fill, more of my nailed started turning green. I went in today to have my acrylics removed and was charged $15 for the removal and this is what was underneath. It's going to take months to grow out and I'm super disappointed because I was looking forward to having a new nail place so close to me with friendly staff. Again, Cam and her staff are so nice and welcoming, but after this happening twice I won't be returning.
