Hi Thank you for your follow up. And yes i was offered an appointment to fix my color. But at my cost. I could not justify the cost of paying again to have it fixed when it was apparent that i was not being heard. Much like your response. Also, as much as i think the shop is beautiful the practice of blaming the customer is not ok. I paid $200 for a service, i said i wanted a permanent color not temporary. Two color specialists said the color was done badly and was temporary. Each said that the 5 day policy was bad and i would not have been charged for a fix or refunded. I spent $200 for great looking hair 5 days if that. read more

I pass by this little salon all the time on my morning walks to get coffee at the cafe next door. Why not try out a neighborhood salon???? Skeptical at first the salon that was there before seemed like it was never opened. I was in desperate need of a hair cut and I am glad I did. She did such an awesome job on my fizzy mane. So I have been going to Alex for approximately a year now. When she came to Studio One seven I followed and I am so happy I did. The salon is beautiful and well designed. Because my stylist was completely booked all through January, I decided to give you a try. A Less than five minute haircut for $40 is not only a rip off but insane! Especially if it's not washed and shampooed, cut, styled, shaved or any extra hair on the neckline and sides getting clean finishes. What I received was a speedy cut, jelled and sent home. What a disappointment! Could have gone to a barber shop or Supercuts instead and pay $12. My hair stylist provides full 45 minutes service for $35 and not only gives a great groom but enhances the style according to my personality. Maybe your forte is not men's haircuts. read more

I was referred to Angela by my sister. She had been going to her for a while, and really liked Angela and loved how Angela would do her hair. So I made an appointment. My hair first had no shape, the layers were very bad, and the color needed something. I went to my appointment with angela, she listened to my concerns and then she explained that she would keep and even out my length, add and soften my layers, and then freshen my color and add some dimension. That's exactly what she did. I have never loved my hair as much as I do since Angela has been my hair stylist. She takes great care of me, and she has also taught me to how to style it myself.
