I recently picked up a 2010 BMW M3 (E93) DCT with 86k miles on the clock and wanted to get the rob bearings done as a preventative measure. I reached out to Dillon at Studio RSR as I recalled seeing their specials around BMW crank hubs and asked about doing my rod bearings. Dillon let me know that they try and schedule jobs here in Florida once a month or so and he had an opening to get me in within the two weeks of calling. Their pricing is unbeatable and I was confident the work would be done correctly after reading various reviews from others who had the same or similar work done recently. The service included new VAC rod bearings, ARP bolts, and oil change. In addition, I bought new motor mounts and they were able to get those installed they the car was in for this service. I arrived at their Florida location which is about 1:30 hours from me, where I met one of their mechanics, James, who was wrenching on 1 of many scheduled F8X's he scheduled to do new crank hubs on. I got to talk shop with James for a few minutes about my E93 M3 before the owner Robert showed up. It was nice to also chat with Robert for a decent amount of time about their business and his potential plans for expanding in Florida before my ride showed up. All in all, the full service was done within a few hours of dropping off versus having to come pick it up 2-3 day later, which seems to be pretty standard with other shops here in Florida. All in all, so far I'm super happy with the price, service, and communication from Dillion and Studio RSR. I was given my original rod bearings which showed a decent amount of wear but with no cooper showing, which was good to see. If Studio RSR is able to stay this competitive price and service wise, they should continue to do very well in Florida and I would consider using them again for any future product or services that I may need again in the future. read more

Always wanted to go faster in my f82 but always scared to spin the crank hub and didn't want to drop 3-4k on a upgrade. Heard from alot of people that studio rsr has the best technicians and the best prices for crankhubs. Hit them up on instagram to find out they had a special deal for a 4 pin crankhub 1750$ out the door and 50% of labor on any other mods. Ended up doing downpipes and charge pipes as well and got my valve cover replaced all at once. These guys did an amazing job took them around 4 hours to finish everything! If you value your car I would recommend staying away from this company. They not only botched my cage install but keep telling me they will make it right and have yet to do so. Almost 6 months in and have yet to receive what I was promised. Excuse after excuse with owner Robert. My cage was late so Robert said he would add a quick release system for being so patient. That was a lie. They broke trim panels in my car and when they attempted to replace them, they cut my seat. Offered a discount on an exhaust rather than fixing the damage. They broke the new trim panel they replaced. Brand new cage scratched up and barely bolted to the car. Their website advertising is inaccurate, if you want a cage that is only held in by a few bolts then they are perfect for you. Front seat was also left loose. This company doesn't care about their work or their customers. I'm leaving this review in hopes to save someone else the headache. read more

My previous review was removed for some reason. I ordered Adro V1 bumper for my G80 back in September of 2025. I was notified that the bumper wont be available until early December and I was promised to get everything done by the end of December of 2025. December comes around, I tried to reach out for some updates, they are impossible to get a hold of. I had to leave multiple messages and tried calling but no on answered. I finally got an update saying that the bumper is not ready and has been delayed. I waited a month then they started the painting process. I spoke to Robert the owner of the shop for some special requests like the lip and the vents to be painted black. Another month rolls by, still have not gotten any updates. When I finally got the update saying that the bumper was done with the paint and was sent to the PPF installer. The shop who painted the bumper promised that the paint will be good to install PPF on the bumper. When PPF guy peeled off the ppf, paint came off and the bumper had to get repainted. Another week goes by, it got painted and delivered to the PPF guy AGAIN. They installed WRONG PPF on the bumper and had to REDO the ppf AGAIN for the 3rd time. ANOTHER WEEK goes by, everything gets done and was schedule to get it installed on March 14th 2026. I show up to the shop, checked out the bumper, none of the vents were painted and they were left as raw plastic. There was an overspray of the paint on the lower side of the bumper and you can clearly see the paint drip mars yet the ppf guy installed PPF over the paint drip. PPF guy didn't even cut out the film where the sensor goes and left the film intact. As a business owner who provides goods and services, you would figure that they will do a better job on quality control but no, there is no quality control whatsoever with this company. This process has taken me total of 7 months for a simple bumper job. I have been patient with the company and Robert but I couldn't take it anymore after I saw the condition of the bumper that was in. I have requested a refund and Robert PERSONALLY typed up and signed a refund contract stating he will pay me back by March 25th and still has not issued the refund yet. I recommend everyone to stay away from this shop, DO NOT DO any business with this place AT ALL. This place will sweet talk the hell out of you to pay for their goods and services, once you pay they will ghost you and leave you hanging. Once they take your money, they will do everything they can do avoid you by giving you BS excuses. UPDATE: Robert Robles (owner), AGAIN, missed another deadline for the refund, I gave him extra 24 hours since the first deadline (25th of March 3:00PM as he promised my refund). He has texted me saying that my review will make it harder for me to get my refund back (correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like a threat to me and holding my refund a hostage). I picked StudioRSR for a half cage installation because they assured me they could cleanly modify my car's trim. After a four month wait, they finally scheduled the installation. While the cage itself is acceptable, they completely mutilated my trim (see pic). There's a gaping hole with incredibly jagged edges rather than a neat cut around the contours of the roll bar. I told them I would have to bring it to another shop to redo all of the trim pieces, at which point they reassured me they would try again with a "different tool" that was more suitable for the job. They said to reach out to schedule another visit. I contacted the owner and two other employees on three or four occasions. I was mostly ignored, but I managed to get a response from Robert on one occasion. He gave me the run around, and then ignored my attempts to contact him again. So, here we are 8 months later. I've given up and had to buy the trim piece that they damaged beyond repair. I'll be taking it to a shop that's experienced in modifying plastic and more challenging materials. read more

Studiorsr owes me 25,259.28. I Placed an order on April 21, 2025 to studio rsr for parts on my 2020 M4 3,500 deposit to Robert on April 17th. 21,5k+ wire to studiorsr April 21st. Now, for the past months in vague contact with Eric at studiorsr who says he's just a rep. has been giving me vague answers, an no reponses some days. I originally asked Eric to cancel my order within the 24hours of me sending the 21k due to me wanting to get rid of M4 for another vehicle I had found. was told by Robert That he used his/Studiorsr money(s) to place my order when I sent my 3,500 deposit the following day. I still told him that that's not my problem and businesses should not be ran like that, I would like to cancel my order. April 22. Days go by April 30th I finally receive a call from eric and Robert saying That some company's are able to return parts and others are not. He explained what I parts I would get and what he would be returning With a 10% restocking fee. It is now june 25th, I have received no commutation from Robert After 20+ emails. Vague responses from eric about my Parts, and the money that is owed to me. I am writing this so hopefully Studiorsr can take me seriously and complete my order. Or refund me full. Where do I even begin? I placed an order for parts for my BMW eight months ago, and I am still waiting. When I initially placed the order i was promised a quick three week turnaround, but shortly after, the sales rep and Studio RSR completely ghosted me after a month of waiting and inquiring about my order. When I did get an update, it was noting of substance, only vague responses claiming they were still "waiting for the parts to arrive." Given the long delay, i requested a refund since I was able to find the parts somewhere else, only to be told that i couldn't get one because the parts had "already been ordered." The customer service is abysmal and the owner repeatedly lies and gives customers the runaround as a delay tactic. This shop refuses to take any accountability. I reached out to Studio RSR to install coilovers, cancellers, a stud conversion kit, spacers, front lip, side skirts, rear spats, a duckbill spoiler, and a catless down pipe on my 23 A91-MT. My experience with this shop was excellent from start to finish. Richard was quick to get back to me after I contacted the shop on the same day and sent me the quotes I requested. Once I took my Supra in, Dillon was extremely helpful and informative. I had a bunch of questions and the guys at the shop were patient and informative. I ended up switching to a different downpipe last minute and Dillon was able to accommodate me by getting me the downpipe I wanted that same day. One of the biggest positives of this experience was that the shop was able to do all the work on the same day. This was very important to me because I daily the Supra and needed it back that day. Oh, did I mention they also did an oil change for me? The shop is a full service shop and they do it all. I'm extremely picky with who I let work on my cars and Studio RSR knocked it out of the park with my A91. The guys at the shop are the best in the business and the quality of their work shows it. I recently had my GT4 at Studio RSR for an installation of a Roll cage. Due to some delays at their powder coating, this caused a delay in my install. All businesses have moments of adversity and how they respond matters more than anything else. The delay impacted some other radiator installs planned for the following week at my local race shop. Robert, the owner got on the call with me and offered to take care of the radiator installations at his shop to help make up for the roll cage delay.
