Yesterday I went in and had a pedicure not sure which one I got but it was the best one on the menu. OMG worth every penny !! I have been talking to them about how I had just finished moving over the last three days from the 3rd flr to the 3rd flr between working 12 hour shifts bartending on my feet and my feet in my legs, just being so sore and exhausted. And the woman took care of me so great it was the best pedicure I have EVER had. And I go in and get a pedicure at least twice a mibyg and I've done it all over the city the last 22 yrs ..BEST EVER. I had pulled some sort of muscle that was in my big toe and it was so sore that every time I flexed my big toe up it down I could feel the pain travel up the back of my leg. After she finished the massage the pain is COMPLETELY gone and prior to it it actually hurt every step that I took. She really rubbed my feet and calfs gave a little bit of extra attention because she knew I just moved I think. I can't believe a pedicure and foot massage can remove the pain I was feeling from that over worked muscle. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS SALON.

I asked if I should move to the reception area while my nails dried for the five minutes recommended by the Dazzle Dry manufacturer but they told me I could stay where I was. I'm so happy I didn't give a business with such low regard of customers my money. Updated to respond to owner: First of all, we weren't given the option to wait. We knew if we walked in there was a chance that we'd have to wait, but we weren't given that option. We were just told you were "full" for the day and were immediately turned away. As I explained before, I checked your website, and saw that you were all open for the rest of the morning and the afternoon. Nothing on your website says appointments are required, and we aren't mind readers so how should we have gotten that information? You staff did NOT say sorry. No one asked ANYONE to stop what they were doing to do our nails. We weren't rude or demanding in anyway. I left a review based on my experience, as is my right. There's a professional way to handle these things, and your responses to me and some of your customers is so incredibly nasty and vile. There's no need for you to be rude. I was not rude in my initial review in any way. My friend also left a review and you were polite to her? Why did my review result in so much vitriol and hateful language. We found another salon that did an excellent job on our pedicures, were kind and attentive, and didn't have a vague appointment policy. Do you take walkins or not? Your story keeps changing. They did not use polish and he did not know how to do a French pedi. I mentioned upon paying that my FEET were not massaged, there is no polish and asked to see proof that he did do it? they showed me the video proving me right and lied right to my face. I was then assaulted by a customer who called me names and grabbed my property and threw it outside. No polish was even used, and they lied. I can see by the reviews I am not alone. Looks like they are going down the toilet. If they didn't lie and if I were not assaulted while they stood there, I would have given 2 stars
