The girls who work there are not helpful at all. I thought I would of at least had a conversation with at least one of them that was working since there was so many but none of them talked to me my about styling my ears or what I was looking for. Only the piercer helped me decide. I thought I was gunna have a better experience but it's wasn't all that just wish the girls working were more friendly and helpful instead of just standing there. But my piercings look great THAT I DECIDED ON and had no help with and the piercer Kat was very nice and quick. read more

I got an ad for this place on instagram & thought it looked nice and welcoming i visited this place ( 5/31/23) for a 5 pm appointment. The piercing was good, and my piercer was kind, but i got a very unwelcoming feeling when i walked in, the girls at the front said 3 words to me, i asked a question and was given a vague answer, and they dismissed me & i was told to wait on my piecer, but when other customers walked in, who were white, they were greeted exceptionally, the girls who worked at the front had no problem with helping, they were even laughing and giggling & they also gave the customers descriptive answers. I did feel uncomfortable, and almost out of place ( since i was the only black person in the building) i wanted to walk out, but my piercer was super sweet, i would definitely not recommend this place if you're a person of color, atleast from my experience. i hate being in environments where i feel unwelcomed ( especially if i'm paying for a service ) and i will not be coming back. read more
