My friend did not like the seafood due to the strong seafood taste but they were okay to me. That taste was stuck in his mouth to it was a wrap for the rest. Would have been nice if they were separated by flavors instead of biting into mystery flavors. The chicken boudin and dirty rice taste similar but I like the dirty rice the best. Can't say it was good enough to spend $55 on 16 wings and fries, no drink. ‍ won't go out of my way to be back but can't say never again. I thought stuffed referred to the wings, but apparently it is the feeling you have after you eat them! I them. How genius to combine my meal in an easy to carry vessel so that no fork is necessary. I love the way my wings were lightly seasoned and all of the flavor came from the rice itself. I ordered the 5 pc seafood wings. Since I checked in on Yelp, I also received a complimentary refreshment. Winning! My ONLY complaint is that I did not have seafood goodness in each wing. Full disclosure: this was a pretty awful experience for me. I got there at noon on the dot, and didn't walk away with my food until 1:54 PM. Nearly TWO HOURS of waiting. For five wings. They also overcharged me and gave a BS excuse about the wings being different prices (in spite of them having a menu listing the wing flavors and prices clearly printed outside). While I was waiting for my food, I watched a few other transactions go down. I realized that the woman handling the raw chicken wasn't wearing gloves, and walked away from the fryer (with raw chicken and flour coating her bright green nails) and proceeded to handle the things that the other (also ungloved) dude handling our cooked food used. Aight so that's all of the non-food stuff, which was generally pretty horrendous (to match the attitudes of the employees =) ). The chicken itself was...fine? I got the seafood boudin wings. You could taste that the oil was older (I went on a Sunday, so maybe they only switch it out once a week when they're closed on Mondays), and the wing didn't hold together well. I got about 2-3 bites in that were completely chicken, then when I finally got to the boudin part it just fell off, so the whole "stuffed wing" thing just didn't work. The business may just survive because the service is so slow that there's a constant long line, which makes people think it's good (or people are just so starving by the time they get their food they think it's great just because they're eating something). TLDR: two hour wait, unsanitary workers, rude employees, overcharging, all for meh food read more

The wings are pretty good. This is a pretty unique offering, so I don't mind the 15-30 min wait. I would just recommend that you go run an errand, or wait in your car after ordering. The product is pretty consistent (I have been four times). There was a minor hiccup once with the breading but nothing major. I can guarantee your food will always be well seasoned, and piping hot.
