If you're looking for a fresh fund, family oriented bar come to this restaurant. They have specials when the Lakers play and Dodgers $14 beer pitchers and I love how their happy hour starts at 7:30pm so they offer five dollars off pizza and appetizers. They also run a special words buy one get 50% off. I ordered the house appetizer so it comes with all sorts of foods, mozzarella sticks, buffalo chicken, wings, crispy chicken tenders, and garlic knots. When you drink ice cold beer and when you bite into the salty tangy garlic knots, it's a great blend of flavors especially from the crisp cold beer. I love how strong the garlic knots have that garlic flavor. The wings are good. I've had better wings elsewhere that were bigger or more plumper and more juicier, but it was good. It wasn't like knocked your socks off wings but it was a good order. I was satisfied what I ordered the wings again? Yeah I would and I would ask for extra crispy on it. I love how you're able to split a pizza into different flavors so you can really try all the pizzas so I was able to try four different styles by ordering just two love it. The Mexican pizza is the best one amongst all the flavors, it has a nice chorizo flavor. You could taste the crumbled chorizo on top of the pizza with the fresh, sliced jalapeños, tomatoes, and cilantro then the creamy cheese on top. It's a very good Mexican pizza and you could really taste the heritage. The Thai pizza on the other hand could've been better I wasn't blown away and to be honest with you was sort of boring. You can really taste the crispy crust and the cheese, but that really are the only flavors that come out because you can't really taste the Thai flavors. I mean it's a Thai pizza but it's missing the Thai flavors. It was sort of bland. You know I could taste the red onions and the green peppers so that was nice. It tasted more like a vegetable pizza. Now, on the other hand the house special pizza had tons of toppings, which I really appreciate you can taste the chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions the crumbly sausage, the black olives so it's the house special pizza topped topped to the brim with toppings. I love how this restaurant does not go short on the toppings. There's so much toppings on it. You could taste all the value considering each pizza is over $20. I really liked to pastrami pizza you can taste the salty tangy pastrami meat with a drizzle of mustard. It really did taste like a pastrami sandwich because it comes with pickles on onions, pastrami meat so add that with mozzarella cheese. It was a great pizza. You can opt for traditional pan style or thin we ended up getting one of each and even the thin crust pizza is thick. It's not paper thin like Domino's Pizza so for those at like thicker thin pizza they'll appreciate it but for me I like paper, thin pizza.

Classy pizza joint. Video games, beer, plenty of TVs and seating

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first. My girlfriend and I mastered the salad bar and asked for extra sauce on our pizza. We also got the garlic parm wings which were good like the BBQ ones were. The sauce addition was perfect for the pizza. I highly suggest you try it that way if you've never been. Makes a difference honestly. The guys there are fast to produce orders out and the boss lady is nice and helpful. We showed up on an off sports day but this place will get packed for anything to do with LA teams. Enjoy it, it's the best pizza in San Pedro in my expert opinion

There were tons of meat, veggie and cheese options as well as drizzles and other sauces. Drinks are self-serve as well as utensils. I got a drink (Marion blackberry lemonade), pepperoni pizza and a veggie pizza 6" each for under $30. This is the 2nd Mod Pizza I've been to and the layout is pretty similar in both. I love that the pizza is made to order and you can see them stretch out the dough, add the toppings and pop the pizza in the oven in front of you. The texture of the pizza was just how I liked it. I like the thinner crust. I like how you can fold the pizza without it being floppy and I liked the dough bubbles created inside from when it cooked. Mt veggie pizza had slices of tomato (diced tomato is an option too), roasted corn, red onion and fresh basil. The fresh basil was ::chef's kiss:: magnifique. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, they played music like Weezer. Our order was brought out to our booth for a dine-in experience. They have signature pizza options that are pre-built if you don't want to build your own. They also have different crust options. The workers there were quick. They offer salads and catering as well. The bad: It was kind of cold inside with a/c blowing pretty hard. It isn't cheap. The interesting: My 4 year old finished her entire 6" pizza. They have cookies as dessert too.

My only one-off is that the dough was undercooked. We had already left the premises and didn't know until we got home and started eating it. It was still doughy inside. I would have liked it to be more cooked and everything else started to slide off. It was messy!

I ordered the truffle mushroom pizza and it was absolutely phenomenal. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside while still light and airy inside. The truffle flavor was rich without being overpowering, and the mushrooms were fresh and perfectly cooked. Every bite tasted balanced and authentic, like the kind of pizza you hope to find in a small Italian spot that truly cares about the craft. Then came the Nutella calzone, and that alone is worth the visit. Warm, perfectly baked dough with Nutella inside that melts just right. Sweet, indulgent, and honestly one of the best dessert calzones I have ever had. Also the best and most polite service, wonderful people. I have had a lot of pizza around Los Angeles, and this is easily one of the best I have tried. If you are in Redondo Beach and appreciate real quality pizza, this place is a must. Just for context, it was my niece's high school graduation. A day to celebrate, turned into something that made me want to write this review. We came in around 730pm, a group of 10 that had an 8pm reservation. We were hoping to get seated early but didn't expect it if it wasn't available. No biggie, but 2 large groups went in ahead right when they were going to give us the menus and the other parties got in first. Didn't really start the right way already. But moving on. We were seated outside (we didn't request a specific inside/outside) so no expectation, but the patio was cold and we asked for a heater (which they had in view) and another party requested the drapes to be opened (which is fine) but we could've used the heater and it didn't come for another 30mins. When the heater did come, it wasn't turned on for a long while and when it did get turned on, it was blazing hot and we asked a staff to turn it down. The guy turned it off. All in all it was yet again another interesting interaction. Then comes the ordering, the restaurant has daily specials and the regular menu. The waiter went around and described the specials and when we asked about the prices (the regular menu had prices) the waiter said it was a secret. Maybe it was an attempt to be humorous, but after clarifying we wanted to know the prices the waiter asked which one and had a weird reaction to our question. It was all awkward and came off very off-putting. One of the water glasses had a bug in it and we asked for a replacement. Twice. The waiter didn't replace it for along time and then he said he didn't know we were asking for a replacement. The water glass that was put in as a replacement had fingerprints, and smears on the glass and at that point we didn't want to bother. We showed it to the waiter and he was apologetic and said they ran out of glasses. (Does that mean they're giving us dirty glasses bc they ran out?) We ordered a couple of items and I think there was a misunderstanding on the order and they brought out something that we mentioned we wanted but ultimately didn't order. A busser put put the calamari on the table and we told them we canceled it. The busser graciously took it away but the waiter put it back on the table. We told him we didn't order that and he actually argued with us that we did order it. He smirked when he took it away. We ordered items and the food started coming in after 40mins. (It was busy so understandable). But it was important to note that we ordered pretty quickly and our dishes came so late while other tables next to us had their food served quicker. We didn't order anything that requires elaborate time to prepare. When the food did come, the pizza came out cold but at that point we were just done with the place. They did comp the pizza, and told me that I should've said something so they can reheat the pizza. But the culmination of our experience overall really made us not even try to call the waiter. Some of the items were decent, but it is really hard to appreciate the food when the service felt like the food was served with a side of rude. Overall it was a pretty horrible experience and would never recommend this place.
