I got my car in the next day and they worked on it for about a week and a half replacing the head gaskets, AC Compressor, and CVT pump reseal. They gave me a couple upgrades on the house that were very appreciated. I stumbled across Accolade. They did such an excellent job fixing up my car and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Over time I got to know the owner. I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It's like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you're looking for car repair I can recommend them. If you're looking to buy a refurbished car this is the place you want to go. Enough said!

However, compared to my previous car buying experiences I would say these guys are no where near as slimy as others I've worked with. Hands down the worst car purchase experience ever…read more The car was purchased on May 28, 2026. It took them a week to deliver it to me in Arizona. Before shipping, I was told the car was supposed to be delivered with a full tank of gas, but they later informed me the carrier wouldn't take the car with a full tank. They promised to send me money to fill it up once it arrived, but that never happened. On top of that, they quoted me $1,100 for shipping but charged me $1,200. The salesman assured me that: The leather seats had no tears (the passenger rear seat has two). The headlights were not faded (they are completely faded). The wheels were in good shape, but they sent disguised photos hiding the fact that one rim has major deterioration and the chrome is flaking off the other three. Fast-forward to July 22, 2026: The bank that financed my loan has still not received the title. I asked several times for them to send the title directly to me so I could register the vehicle and hand it over to the bank myself, but nothing was done. Now, the temporary tag expired on July 20, 2026, and I can't legally drive the car. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Their communication and follow-through are completely lackadaisical, with zero sense of urgency.

Please read the one star reviews here and save yourself a monumental waste of time and money. Other 4 and 5 star reviewers on here must have gotten really lucky, we unfortunately did not. This dealership is no better than the 20 other clunker places I drove by to get to it. Just because the dealership is INSIDE a building, doesn't make it a "Premium Dealership." The amount of money I ended up having to spend over the 2+ months I was waiting and paying for this car to be repaired and I could have bought a new 2026 from an actual Subaru Dealership. How bad was it? The cars engine over pressurized on the way home and destroyed everything in the engine bay. We ended up having to buy ANOTHER car while we waited. My daughter was starting a job with a commute as soon as she moved to Portland, so I couldn't wait for this dealership to spend over a month and a half, hashing back and forth with their shade tree mechanic about how he "didn't do the repairs right." After everything was said and done, I ended up spending about 23k on a car that SHOULD have gone to the parts/scrap yard. Not sitting for sale in a dealership. Top that off with having to buy another car at the tune of 10k, really stung. All that being said, the real Dealership that took this turd and actually made it NOT a massive pile was Accolade Autos in Hillsboro. If you need a GOOD used Subaru, with an actual HONEST mechanic. I highly recommend this shop. Jon is top notch and a third generation Subaru mechanic.

My husband and I asked about a Mini Cooper that just arrived on there lot. Larry informed us that the car was 17,500 and it still needs to get inspected. I politely asked if they would be willing to sell if for 15k because that was the budget we were looking for. He said no and I informed him we still interested and wanted to test drive it because we can stretch our budget if we need to. At that point Larry refused to speak to us any further and demanded that we leave his lot. He claimed we were talking down to him. We said nothing disrespectful or impolite. And when I asked what did I do to talk down to him, he said I was shaking my head. I am disgusted by his behavior. I called back to file a complaint and speak to a manager and he refused to let me speak to anyone. I spoke to the owner Mack afterward, Mack seems like a very reasonable person. He apologized for his employee's behavior.

On the exact day of purchase, I took…read morethe vehicle directly to a certified Dodge dealership for a comprehensive mechanical inspection on a hydraulic lift. The factory-certified brand technicians formally documented severe, pre-existing, and completely undisclosed structural frame and unibody failure that makes the vehicle entirely unroadworthy and an immediate road hazard. The certified brand dealer's inspection documented the following pre-existing damage:A fractured and actively splitting front engine subframe/cradle assembly (the main component securing the engine and steering).A buckled passenger compartment floor pan and collapsed unibody safety cage.A crushed forward frame rail core support bracket from a major past collision.A bent and bowed front radiator core support crossmember.A punctured and heavily gouged load-bearing underbody chassis crossmember (bearing structural tag P68162223AB).The front bumper was crudely zip-tied directly to the radiator assembly to superficially conceal the catastrophic front-end impact damage.Selling a vehicle with hidden, material structural frame failure without explicit written disclosure prior to sale is a direct violation of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA) under ORS 646.608(1)(t).When I reached out to the dealership to address these severe safety violations, the owner attempted to offer me an insultingly low $800 cash payoff to waive my structural liability claims. When I called back to express my valid safety concerns regarding the cracked engine cradle and frame damage, the owner became extremely hostile and verbally abusive. He explicitly told me that I was "bitching," stated that I "sound stupid," claimed I should just be happy with the $800, and stated the conversation was over.Since that phone call, I have sent multiple formal emails and text messages presenting the certified brand dealer's diagnosis and demanding a lawful contract rescission. The dealership has completely ignored my communications and is actively refusing to respond.A formal auto fraud complaint has already been submitted to the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) Consumer Protection Division, and a dealer license violation report is being processed with the Oregon DMV Business Regulation section to investigate their dealer bond.Do not trust this lot. They are willing to sell severely compromised, structurally failed vehicles that put human lives at risk, and they will resort to verbal abuse and total avoidance when caught.

I was treated fairly and the sales process was relatively smooth. A little underwhelmed with the trade in value offer even after some back and forth they where slightly shy of what other dealers where offering, however they had the truck I wanted. The only real issue I had was when I was transferring over my things into my new vehicle about 3 hours into the sale and about 30-45 minutes after we came to an agreed upon price. The finance manager came out to tell me that because I was a Washington resident I would have to pay sales tax and the price of the vehicle would go up and that I would be eating this new cost increase. I already knew there would be sales tax as this was the third truck I had looked at, I told them in the beginning of the sale and they had my information that I was registered in Washington and they knew this upon negotiations for the purchase price. I even went out of my way to directly ask if there where any other taxes or fees that I should know about to which they replied there wasn't. There location being not far from the border this should have been something they knew in purchase negotiations. Now I'm outside with half of my stuff in my new vehicle wondering how much more they are going to ask my too pay, I tell the finance manager this is a cost they should pay as this was they're oversight and we already came to an agreed price. It takes about another half hour or so and they come back to tell me they would not honor the price we agreed on and asked me too pay the additional $1,100ish in tax. I really wanted the truck so I asked to split it but was just given a defeated stare at my shoes as I was told I would have to pay the whole tax or I was not getting the truck that we had already shook hands and agreed about the price. This was going on 4 1/2 hours into the sale and most of my things where already in the new truck. I caved and decided to move forward as I had my heart set on the vehicle and a lot of time sunk into the sale already. Mistakes happen but the dealer should have held up there end of the agreement here, left a bad taste in my mouth after what was overall a pretty smooth experience. Also worth noting during the paper signing as every dealership does they tried to convince me to purchase different coverages and services. This is normal BUT they will default into there "basic coverage" even after you decline what you think is all the additional add-ons. Basic coverage is still adding on extra costs to your purchase. It took me a second to catch this as they tried to slide past it so I had to ask them to go back and ask what my original price was (as your dealing with financed price at this point and can get confusing). Once I realized they where going to default to putting this "basic" coverage on and charge me for the difference I had to ask them to remove it. All dealerships have extra coverages and services they try and pressure you too purchase but there technique of putting it on there unless you catch it and you expressly ask them to remove it came off a bit slippery. Be aware of this if you are signing a deal with them.
