We had a Great experience! The Stouffair team made the whole buying process quick and efficient. This is a top-notch dealership with a unique collection of vehicles. My wife picked up this black beast and we are happy with our purchase. Thank you, Chadwick! My wife is super happy!

I've always been a firm believer that you don't have to have a van as a family vehicle. I've never had a more capable rig for my family and adventures, until this 4Runner built by the team at Stouffair. The amount of freedom it has given me and my family is unmatched. I've had it since 2018 and it has had no major issues, which is surprising with how many mountains this thing has crawled up. The team made the car buying process a super smooth transaction. 10/10 would recommend, to anyone looking for a quality rig in the PNW, especially for custom Toyota's.

They do lifts, it looks great!!

The vehicles are thoroughly inspected and the detailed paperwork that comes with each vehicle, gives you the confidence that you're making a well informed decision. Hands down the worst car purchase experience ever…read more The car was purchased on May 28, 2026. It took them a week to deliver it to me in Arizona. Before shipping, I was told the car was supposed to be delivered with a full tank of gas, but they later informed me the carrier wouldn't take the car with a full tank. They promised to send me money to fill it up once it arrived, but that never happened. On top of that, they quoted me $1,100 for shipping but charged me $1,200. The salesman assured me that: The leather seats had no tears (the passenger rear seat has two). The headlights were not faded (they are completely faded). The wheels were in good shape, but they sent disguised photos hiding the fact that one rim has major deterioration and the chrome is flaking off the other three. Fast-forward to July 22, 2026: The bank that financed my loan has still not received the title. I asked several times for them to send the title directly to me so I could register the vehicle and hand it over to the bank myself, but nothing was done. Now, the temporary tag expired on July 20, 2026, and I can't legally drive the car. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Their communication and follow-through are completely lackadaisical, with zero sense of urgency.

My husband and I asked about a Mini Cooper that just arrived on there lot. Larry informed us that the car was 17,500 and it still needs to get inspected. I politely asked if they would be willing to sell if for 15k because that was the budget we were looking for. He said no and I informed him we still interested and wanted to test drive it because we can stretch our budget if we need to. At that point Larry refused to speak to us any further and demanded that we leave his lot. He claimed we were talking down to him. We said nothing disrespectful or impolite. And when I asked what did I do to talk down to him, he said I was shaking my head. I am disgusted by his behavior. I called back to file a complaint and speak to a manager and he refused to let me speak to anyone. I spoke to the owner Mack afterward, Mack seems like a very reasonable person. He apologized for his employee's behavior.

The factory-certified brand technicians formally documented severe, pre-existing, and completely undisclosed structural frame and unibody failure that makes the vehicle entirely unroadworthy and an immediate road hazard. The certified brand dealer's inspection documented the following pre-existing damage:A fractured and actively splitting front engine subframe/cradle assembly (the main component securing the engine and steering).A buckled passenger compartment floor pan and collapsed unibody safety cage.A crushed forward frame rail core support bracket from a major past collision.A bent and bowed front radiator core support crossmember.A punctured and heavily gouged load-bearing underbody chassis crossmember (bearing structural tag P68162223AB).The front bumper was crudely zip-tied directly to the radiator assembly to superficially conceal the catastrophic front-end impact damage.Selling a vehicle with hidden, material structural frame failure without explicit written disclosure prior to sale is a direct violation of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA) under ORS 646.608(1)(t).When I reached out to the dealership to address these severe safety violations, the owner attempted to offer me an insultingly low $800 cash payoff to waive my structural liability claims. When I called back to express my valid safety concerns regarding the cracked engine cradle and frame damage, the owner became extremely hostile and verbally abusive. He explicitly told me that I was "bitching," stated that I "sound stupid," claimed I should just be happy with the $800, and stated the conversation was over.Since that phone call, I have sent multiple formal emails and text messages presenting the certified brand dealer's diagnosis and demanding a lawful contract rescission. The dealership has completely ignored my communications and is actively refusing to respond.A formal auto fraud complaint has already been submitted to the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) Consumer Protection Division, and a dealer license violation report is being processed with the Oregon DMV Business Regulation section to investigate their dealer bond.Do not trust this lot. They are willing to sell severely compromised, structurally failed vehicles that put human lives at risk, and they will resort to verbal abuse and total avoidance when caught.

Stellar service…read more I was experiencing a check engine light that had to do with the hybrid battery fan that cools the Integrated Motor Assist to the gas engine. My fan needed replacing. I called all around and the dealer actually had the lowest price for repair. Their part was a little more but I could get the part in a few days compared to online (it would have taken a week or more). I needed to not be driving it with that issue going on. Matias got me in more quickly than my scheduled appt. He fixed it a day sooner. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with. He gave me a diagnostic and agreed that if I was correct in my assessment of the problem, he wouldn't charge me the diagnostic fee. He was true to his word. They fixed the problem while I waited. Matias gave me options in the event that I needed to leave my car. He saved the loaner car for me just in case. The problem was fixed within 2 hours, including diagnostics. I was very impressed with his honesty and his willingness to bend and flex to help me in my bind. He was incredibly kind. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a service advisor before. I will definitely be looking for him the next time I need to take my vehicle in, and request him if I am able. Matias was so helpful. Also, the technician that had worked on my car was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repair and answered all my questions enthusiastically.

0/5 Stars -- Dick's Hillsboro Honda Has Put Me Through Absolute Hell…read moreI bought my car from Dick's Hillsboro Honda on 5/30/26. My husband and I worked our asses off to finally afford something reliable, and I was proud of this purchase. That pride lasted one day. By the next morning, the car was shuddering so badly I had to bring it back. I turned it in to their service department on 6/2/26, and that's where this nightmare began. They told me the car needed a new transmission. Fine. Things happen. But what followed was the most exhausting, unprofessional, and infuriating experience I've ever had with a dealership. For over a month, the service contract company dragged their feet while Dick's Hillsboro Honda kept taking the transmission apart, putting it back together, sending pictures, sending oil samples -- just endless hoops to jump through. It felt like everyone involved was trying to avoid responsibility instead of fixing the car they sold me. After weeks of this, the transmission was finally approved. Then I was told the replacement they received was the wrong one. And the correct one? Back‑ordered for 4-6 weeks. So I waited. And waited. And waited. Communication from the dealership was almost nonexistent. I had to chase updates like it was my job. Eventually, on 7/28/26, they said they found a brand‑new transmission and got it approved. It arrived on 7/31/26. You'd think that would be the end of it -- but no. It is now 8/10/26, and every time I ask for an update, I get nothing. Not "we're working on it," not "almost done," not even "we haven't started." Just silence. And yes, I've had a loaner car this entire time -- but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication, the months‑long delay, or the fact that my "new‑to‑me" car has been sitting at their dealership longer than it was ever in my driveway. A loaner doesn't fix the stress, the uncertainty, or the feeling of being ignored by a dealership that clearly doesn't care once the sale is complete. Meanwhile, the online portal says "completed." Completed? Really? Because when I drive by the dealership, my car is sitting outside like it hasn't been touched. You can't move a car with no transmission installed -- so what exactly is "completed"? Since 8/7/26, I've sent nine messages asking for updates. Nine. And yes, I'm becoming a Karen -- because at this point, what other choice do I have? I've had my 2022 Hyundai Tucson for two days before the transmission failed. Two days. Something my husband and I worked so hard for, something we were proud of, something we thought would make life easier -- and instead, it's been nothing but stress, delays, and complete lack of communication. Dick's Hillsboro Honda sold me a car that died immediately, left me without my actual vehicle for months, and can't even be bothered to respond to messages or give basic updates. My one review may mean nothing to a multi‑million‑dollar dealership, but I'm leaving it anyway. No one deserves to go through this. 0 out of 5 stars. If I could give less, I would.
