I purchased a 2020 Subaru Cross trek for my daughter on February 2, 2026 that took until April 9, 2026 to actually end up being drive-able. Please read the one star reviews here and save yourself a monumental waste of time and money. Other 4 and 5 star reviewers on here must have gotten really lucky, we unfortunately did not. This dealership is no better than the 20 other clunker places I drove by to get to it. Just because the dealership is INSIDE a building, doesn't make it a "Premium Dealership." The amount of money I ended up having to spend over the 2+ months I was waiting and paying for this car to be repaired and I could have bought a new 2026 from an actual Subaru Dealership. How bad was it? The cars engine over pressurized on the way home and destroyed everything in the engine bay. We ended up having to buy ANOTHER car while we waited. My daughter was starting a job with a commute as soon as she moved to Portland, so I couldn't wait for this dealership to spend over a month and a half, hashing back and forth with their shade tree mechanic about how he "didn't do the repairs right." After everything was said and done, I ended up spending about 23k on a car that SHOULD have gone to the parts/scrap yard. Not sitting for sale in a dealership. Top that off with having to buy another car at the tune of 10k, really stung. All that being said, the real Dealership that took this turd and actually made it NOT a massive pile was Accolade Autos in Hillsboro. If you need a GOOD used Subaru, with an actual HONEST mechanic. Went in, cash in hand. bout 26-28k budget. Asked to look at a certain car - they mentioned the person inside "just" purchased it. I asked to see the other white 4runner - they mentioned it was sold as well. I let them know the site still reflected and they just mentioned their website guy was on vacation. Eventually went to another dealer and actually got a great deal on a stock 4runner. Just for fun - I looked on their site and unless it hasnt been update for weeks - its still there. LOL Not sure if they pick and choose their clients but I could barely get them to chat with me when I did go in. I look young so maybe they didnt take me seriously but no fault to them! Cant vouch for their car quality since I purchased elsewhere - this is more a review of the small experience I did have with them. I would maybe look elsewhere Cheap Rough Country lifts, No UCA additions with the lifts, turn and burn mentality while not focusing on small details like updating a website? If they cut corners on those decisions - begs the question where else they do as well. Food for thought! read more

If you are reading this message, DO NOT buy your next car at Stouffair Motors. Unprofessional, sleazy, greedy, deceiving, is an understatement to how we were treated. I could write a book as to why this company provided my family with a completely incompetent and abusive experience. Particularly Chadwick and Ryan. I bought a 4runner from this company. We were told the car was in great condition. A car that will surely be safe. Fast forward a few weeks later and we discovered that the vehicle needed a brand new transmission, along with a significant amount of rust that they did not reveal to us. On top of that, we were told we bought a car with brand new tires. Turns out after getting two professional opinions, it was discovered that the tires were sprayed black to look brand new, when in reality the majority of the tread was gone. We traded in our 2005 honda pilot that genuinely was in poor condition. We let Stouffair know this. On top of that, they did their own inspection and agreed that the honda we traded in was not in good condition. Chadwick stated "we will not be making any money off your car." Mind you we traded it in for $1,000. Fast forward weeks later, we called Stouffair Motors to express our concerns about the condition of the 4runner Chadwick (Owner) sold us. We were met with a verbally abusive individual that was yelling through the phone with zero accountability for his actions. Chadwick even claimed that when we traded in the pilot, we did not reveal the condition of the car when we clearly did. During another instance, we called Stouffair Motors to get an update on our new plates submitted to DMV after 6.5 weeks of waiting, Ryan's response was "Be patient, sit on the couch, and eat some snacks". Completely unprofessional. I advise, this is a company that you do not want to deal with. read more

I book an appointment to see a vehicle (they operate by appointment only) in advance for their limited hours, drive out almost and hour for it, get there and am shown another 2013 honda CRV for the same price with 40k more miles and extensive DIY body repair with visible screws and glue on both the front and back of the vehicle, and am handed a Carfax report with no accidents/damage and having been owned only in Florida and New Jersey? Insulting. These guys are happy to waste your time and money and don't have the decency to be up front with you when a vehicle has been sold- if it was ever there in the first place. They will be indirect with answering your questions because they're lying to your face as a baseline. Beware. I've always been a firm believer that you don't have to have a van as a family vehicle. Terrible service. I submitted a credit application in response to a vehicle listed for sale, and no one ever responded. That's borderline illegal to not only send out a disclaimer, but also a simple confirmation. They were rude when I spoke with them on the phone, and do not give correct information about vehicles listed. This shop will not last, and good riddance. read more

Stouffair Motors is a wholesaler of used vehicles that is run by a very personable guy named Chadwick (Chad) who is honest, reliable and goes above and beyond. I was able to talk to him for awhile and found out that he sometimes has too much business (which is a great sign in my book)! It's hard to write this post because if I tell you more about Stouffair Motors you may just want to schedule an appointment with him yourself! Haha! But do it despite my desire to hide him from you!! He has mostly an online presence (no lot) and schedules appointments but he got back to me right away and was able to meet me the next day at my desired time. I was super impressed by Chad's service and it felt like he had all the time in the world for me to ask him questions. My husband loved seeing the lifts that Chad puts on the cars, I'm only 5'3" but want lifts too! We will schedule another appointment to talk about our car needs as we are seeking a mid-sized SUV and he's a wholesaler so he can get you the type of car that you are looking for and will test it for a few weeks to make sure everything is in awesome condition then will wax & buff it all up to look new although he gets used cars! I saved up to buy the truck of my dreams and went to the wrong place. It's a pig with lipstick on it. I've owned for about 8 months and it's has been a horrible truck. I overpaid for a rust bucket. They get trucks from the Midwest and Canada. Throw a lift on and detail then don't negotiate on prices. Within 2 weeks the serpentine belt and transmission cooler line went out. Then had to do the ball joints and axel bushings. The AC didn't work either. Now I need an. Alignment but there is so much rust I need a plethora of new parts just to get an alignment. I should have gone to a real, honest dealership like dick Hannah. Instead I got ripped off on this truck. I originally called to let them know but the owner just kept saying it's a good truck. It is not. They also sold me a warranty that is awful and hasn't covered one of the many problems. Stay away! Go to a better dealership that really cares about people and not just getting the right offer the lot. Going to stouffair was the biggest mistake I have ever made. read more

Accommodated my daughter to her first big purchase with a large down payment in hand and ready to buy. Took the 2013 Toyota 4Runner 4WD SR5 V6 - Gray - VIN JTEBU5JR5D5144168 out for a test drive and pulled over into a parking lot to inspect it. Discovered the underside was completely rusted out with a broken mount. (I took plenty of photos) Drove back to Stouffair and handed them keys and expressed my disappointment in trying to sell my daughter a $27,000 rig in that condition. Not to mention the tear in the driver's side leather seat and the grossly stained headliner that looks like someone tossed a cup of coffee upwards. The response I received was - "I'm an honest dealer and Toyota is right down the road". To which I said, you're right - it is - let's go. No new rig for her, but definitley a learning lesson. We purchased a 2014 4Runner in July 2021, paid $27,900. Counted in th em to be honest and have integrity. In Aug '21 the rear window wouldn't roll up, took it to the dealership to get that worked on and have the oil changed. They basically said it was so rusty they couldn't even change the oil. THOUSANDS in repairs! Called Stouffair to see what they could do in light of the situation. " you bought a used vehicle in as-is condition, nothing we can do for you." while I do realize that is true, they also told us they go through all the vehicles they take in before they re-sell them. This is the MONTH AFTER we purchased the vehicle. If they actually were honest, with integrity, they would make it right. read more
