After contacting 3 other pool service companies, the soonest we could get a service call was 1 to 2 weeks out and one wanted a $150 fee just to come out. Just when we started to despair, we found Clearly Texas Pool Service and spoke to Travis who said he could make it to our place the next day. Considering the response timelines from the other companies, I was a little skeptical that this would actually happen. Sure enough, Travis showed up within the time window promised and quickly resolved the issue. Additionally, Travis took time to give these first time pool owners some helpful information on how to properly maintain chemistry that we did not get with our initial "pool school". He could have kept all this a mystery in hopes of securing a service contract, but instead he showed us how to do it ourselves. This speaks volumes of Travis's honesty and integrity. They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it.
