Since I started seeing Briana, my hair has become so much healthier, and she consistently gives me beautiful color and cuts without compromising that. What I love most about Briana is that I can completely trust her vision. I'll sometimes come in with an idea or inspiration, but I never feel like I need to micromanage the appointment. She understands what will work with my hair, features, and overall look, and she has such a natural ability to enhance what already suits you. In my very first visit with her, she made sure to explain the entire balayage process to me so that I knew what to expect. I always show her a few photos of what I have in mind and she would make sure to create my dream hair. I have gone from dark black hair to ashy brown/blonde through my visits with her! I have naturally dark hair so it's always my fear that my hair will turn out brassy, but Monica always manages to make my hair ashy and pretty, and also provides tips on how to keep my hair healthy. When it comes to cut, Monica is super patient as well and has always helped me trim my thick hair.
