After she installed my i-tip extensions she blended and cut them to match my existing layers and texture. If you have curly hair, you know how important it is to find someone who understands what it's like to live with curls. She has recommended products that keep them conditioned, soft and shiny. What I ended up with was voluminous shiny curls that were custom colored to my existing shade and then cut into layers with such skill that you can't tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. Lyna was very transparent from the start. She let me know there was a $50 non-refundable deposit (which I was completely fine with) and also prepared me ahead of time that the appointment would be very long. Before even confirming, she asked for photos of my current hair along with inspiration pictures, which really showed how thorough and professional she is. After a few talkative hours, I walked out with my confidence fully restored. What a difference! I am beyond grateful and truly feel blessed to have found Lyna. She is a godsend. She was honest about the possibility of a pixie cut post color/ bleach. I expressed understanding and still wanted her to move forward. 2 years later and I can say she's truly the best.
