Asking me to take down this bad review. First he asked me politely then he starts threatening me and my wife by explaining what do we do for living and he will start calling my friends, family and workplace where we work. Not sure what he wants to do by stalking our information and being intrusive to our life. He insists to come back to my house which I refuse to give him permission. He threatens my wife by telling her that he used to be a bad guy, and I don't understand why he starts getting violent and seek revenge against my family. So I decided to file restraining order with Los Angeles County Court to protect my family against his violent nature and behavior, per our lawyers advise.

Connie was prompt with a quote for the repair work and the cost of a new unit. That made our decision easier. Within a day, she called back and was able to schedule installation. It was easy peasy on our end but I'm sure she worked hard for us, again. Abraham came out today and within 4 hours, our old unit was removed, hauled off and the new unit installed and tested.
