They all profess to repair Stoves, Ovens, Washing Machines, and Dishwashers. However, the reality is the best you will get is a recorded message from a call center in foreign land. Does that help? It's 90 degrees inside your crib, you are home schooling the neighborhood delinquents and your Refrigerator is on strike. You need help and you need it now! My Dishwasher gave it up too and the Refrigerator Mother Board was bored and that wasn't cool either. My Clothes Dryer sounded like it was drying a set of Hub Caps. Then I found OC Sub-Zero & Viking Repair. Anton answered the phone. In an excited rush I gushed my tale of woe and explained what wasn't working. I iphoned him pictures of the Model Numbers and Anton responded he'd be at my house by 3:00 PM that day. At 2:59 PM a Van the size of a small battleship rolled into the driveway. A young man in a crisp uniform hopped out of the vehicle and opened the rear doors revealing enough tools to perform a liver transplant. "Show me the patients, please," Anton asked politely. I took him to see the sick appliances. "I'll let you know what I find, as soon as I find it," he reassured me. Shortly after his inspection he reported, "Sir, the Dishwasher is indeed kaput. It seems my 12 year old machine was about 8 years past it's predicted lifespan. Anton told me what appliances not to get and where to find the best value saving me hours of research. "The Dryer needed new drive belts," he said. "I replaced them all, cleaned behind the motor, changed the filter, and checked everything. The Refrigerator Mother Board has been exchanged for one that actually works. The old one was not from the factory and was a jerry-rigged installation. I fixed all that and put in a Certified correct Mother Board with a warranty. Your ice maker wasn't working because someone put a bag of Pierogi in front of the sensor. I moved out of the way. No charge." Anton spent more time explaining things to me than my internist. All my appliances are running Swiss Watches now. Anton even called a few days later to make sure they were all behaving.
