This places is tuck away off the avenue and I'm very happy that i found them on line. Def worth coming in. The service and professionalism was amazing. I was second in line and he works really fast I didn't even have to leave the car. First time here and will only use this place from now on! It's regrettably a little hidden but you just follow the driveway down Shunk Rd (behind the CRV store) I drove up and only had to wait a couple of minutes before being waved in. Daniel was quick and friendly. We chatted a little through the service (mostly about the great rock music he had playing) and he gave me a small discount for it being my first time there. Even without the discount, that was the least expensive oil change I've had in years, absolutely thrilled! read more

Great everyday prices here! I get full synthetic oil change, other places charging way more. Had a coupon on top of it, a lot of times when I show a coupon places they kinda roll their eyes or seem disappointed. But owner Danny was super nice and totally honored coupon all smiles no attitude at all. Fast as heck! Like FAST! This will be my new oil change place. Tucked just behind the small strip of stores, so don't think you missed it if you can't see him when you drive by on E. Los Angeles. He's there! He's open! Also great to know we can bring our large camper van here no problem since it can accommodate giant RVs! Clean facility, easy to get to, and great service. No reason to go anywhere else. Wife and I really like this place. The price is close to, if not the best, in Simi; the employees and owner/s are nice; they always do a good job; they check the tire pressure and fluids (like most places do); they don't try to up-sell a bunch of unnecessary parts and/or repairs; and we can sit in our cars while the oil is being changed. Omgosh! Best oil change place! You have to go there. Jesse is amazing. He told me what he was doing the difference between synthetic oil and blended. He put air in my tires and added windshield fluid. I was pleasantly surprised. They took me right away and didn't have to get out of my truck. Please never change your amazing customer service or prices. read more

there's another place with a similar name called Simi Lube & Oil & they are extremely rude ! Please don't mistake Simi Quick Lube & Oil with them. There's only 1 man who works here. The elderly man that works here is very hard working. I've been coming here for a while & every time I come... he always has a big grin and ready to help. Customer service is fantastic. When I arrived, the staff put me into a bay as soon as I drove up. They began checking my systems, lights, filters, tire pressure, etc... They found my reservation through CarAdvise quickly. They made a couple of suggestions for service beyond the oil change, but applied zero pressure for approving them. The service was extraordinarily fast and everybody had the most polished manners I've ever seen at a service location. Everyone was extremely respectful. The manager Roy made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving and we had a genuinely warm and friendly conversation before he sent me on my way. The location is convenient, the service is quick, and the price that I paid was unbeatable. I highly recommend this Valvoline location for your car servicing needs.

I'm glad I did as there were no lines and I was able to drive right in to the garage. Luckily, they were able to pull my info off of their database. Did the normal check and in about 15-20 minutes later, I was off. They did recommend a couple of things to me, but I declined and they were not pushy at all. This is why it's important to go to the same mechanic because they have all of your records so they'll know what to recommend. Or else they just go off of mileage and recommended services. Or keep a good log of your maintenance. Which I do, so it's not an issue for me. As far as customer services goes, I find that my experience at all Valvoline locations has been great and the advisors easy to talk to.

I just went into this gas station to get a propane tank filled. At…read more about 4:30pm on Friday Feb. 4th 2022. The person behind the counter had me pre-pay $25. I paid cash. With the way gas prices are that could almost be possible but my tank wasn't completely empty so i figured I would get the difference back like when you pre pay for gasoline. When asked if I needed a receipt I said no, big mistake. After the clerk filled the tank I put my gage on and it read as maybe 2/3 full but i've never tested the gauge at full so maybe it just reads a little off. I looked at the pump and it read 1.17 gal pumped and said ok i'll meet you inside for my change and the clerk said that propane was a $25 flat fee. I have been to this gas station before and paid per gallon not a flat fee and of course since I didn't get a receipt I cant really prove anything. Please be wary of this. I called around and propane is just under $4 a gallon and all the places I called in Simi charge you per gallon. So if the meter was right I should have only paid about $6. ***MANAGERS OF THIS STORE PLEASE REACH OUT IF I AM WRONG AND I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW BUT AT THE MOMENT I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF***

The car only has 4 lug nuts and only 3 work. I drive it to this establishment hoping they can help. The salesman says he can order a tire but the lug nut is a dealer only item. He didn't offer any help or suggestions. I put the tire back in the car and went to another establishment where they helped solve the problem. This place is so flustering. Needed an oil change fast before my trip. I had a free oil change at the dealer for my new Jeep, but the dealer said they couldn't do it for 3 days. So instead I went to Simi Lube & Oil, they had only a 5 minute wait. They showed me my oil level, as well as topped off my washer fluid, as well as tire pressures. Plus unlike the dealer, I was able to be in and out within 30 minutes, the dealer would have been half a day. Thank you Simi Lube & Oil!!! read more

Got there around 11am on a Wednesday and drove right in, no waiting. The mechanic was pleasant, knowledgeable and got right down to business. He checked tire pressure, and topped off other fluids, then drained and changed the oil and filter. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
