The staff here is pretty young, but always nice and polite. I love having a 24hr restaurant in my neighborhood.

I absolutely love this place when we visit Knoxville. The service is consistently great, the food…read moreis delicious, and the vibe just makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. If you go, there are three must-haves: First, start with the Tower of Margaritas. Yes, a literal tower. 88 ounces of pure goodness. It's the kind of drink that makes heads turn when it comes to the table. Perfect for sharing... or at least pretending you're going to share. Second, order the chips and cheese dip. And here's a pro move: whatever cheese you somehow don't finish (unlikely, but just in case), pour it over your entrée. You're welcome. Third, and this is non-negotiable, get a Country Burrito. Build your own burrito, have it your way, load it up with all your favorites. It's basically a greatest hits album wrapped in a tortilla. You really can't go wrong. You can sit inside if you're feeling cozy, or outside when the weather's nice and you want that patio energy. Just a heads up: on Fridays and Saturdays, come early. This place fills up fast and once you've been, you'll understand why.

Lots of flavor with both meals and a Salsa Bar was available to spice it as much as you want. The decor was nice with Latin murals and paintings throughout. The food I would describe as classic Mexican and less Tex-Mex. The craft drafts included numerous Mexican beers and even a few local drafts including the Highland Pernicious at $4.50 for a 16 oz now that's a nice price outside Happy Hour.

Wow is all I have to say. If you want an appalling story keep reading. I am a hugeee Taco Bell fan…read morebut this is a travesty of a location. I ordered my extra steak and egg quesadilla with an iced coffee from the kiosk. That was my first mistake, but as I'm watching them do there thing. A Mexican gentlemen with no ability to speak English could not communicate with them, so I did my best to translate. The situation was resolved in that time I ordered a free item off my app (cheesy sausage burrito) during this time the other guy heard order up for Daniel... I watched him take it to his table open it and realize that's not his, he rewrapped it, put it back and give it at the counter. The gentleman worker with a twisted face the rewraps it and puts it back in the bag, and places it on the "to go" rack for pickup (he didn't know it was my second order). Then I watched him give me 1 scoop of steak instead of the extra I paid $2 for. This is where I started to get annoyed. I confronted him on both to which the 2 female workers came out (presumably managers?) and also spoke with me. I was told "we can't help what other customers do" and "if you'd like you can have your order remade". This is NOT the way to retain customers. Instead of making a scene and losing my cool I walked out, trashed my entire order and went to a local spot down the road. Really disappointing experience since this is a Tennessee location and I regard TN highly. P.S. coffee was trash as well...$10 down the drain and still hungry. 0/0 won't go back to this one.

Love the decor in this Mexican restaurant located near the McGee-Tyson AirPort on Alcoa Highway…read more The booths and the high -top tables in the bar area are colorful and look like they may have come directly from Mexico. The service was relatively fast, the homemade chips and salsa tasted flavorful with chunks of onion and pepper and the food came out hot. My spouse's fajita chicken quesadilla appeared just as he likes it with a crispy tortilla that enclosed the meat, peppers, tomatoes and onions. His plastic plate also had a dab of guacamole on top of shredded lettuce. My ceramic plate, with its taco, enchilada and relleno, wasn't quite as delicious, yet okay. The taco was filled with seasoned hamburger and a sprinkle of lettuce on top - no cheese, no tomatoes, no sour cream. The enchilada was filled with the same taco meat, seasoned yet no visible cheese inside; fortunately lots of creamy cheese flowed out of the relleno when I cut it. Both the latter two came smothered in a mild red sauce with a bit of melted cheese on tops. We ate here maybe one or two times before and had no major complaints as the fare is pretty standard. There's a covered outdoor patio with fans, perfect for eating outside when the weather cooperates.
