The parking outside is a bit interesting but if you are coming in to pick up, it's not too bad but I can see this being packed at night. Parking can be limited for sure. Ranging from Rice Platters, Kabab Platters, Sandwiches, Wings, Tenders, Gyros, Salads, and Dessert, this place a lot for what it's offering. The staff were friendly and recommended me to try the Kabob platter after mentioning seeing that in the Menu. I ended up getting the Combo over Rice as it's my go to. Gyro Meat, Chicken, Cucumbers, Lettuce, over a bed of rice drizzled with White and Red Sauce. It is my go to meal and you can't go wrong with that. Since it was cold, the meal kept me warm and I was able to enjoy every bite as it was also filling. I could come back for more! This place is also open late, another reason why you should check out Zaytoun Halal Grill. It's great!

Both the lamb and chicken were very flavorful but if I had to choose one over the other it would've been the lamb. I will still opt for the combo but that information is just in case you wanted only one for yourself. The service was still great. The person at the cashier greeted me promptly, made small talk and even let me try the chipotle sauce. My only critique is when ordering the over rice plates you can add multiple sauces for drizzle but if you want it on the side it's $0.99!!!??? That makes no sense to me. Especially when you are probably using more sauce for the drizzle than what they but in the to-go 1oz cup. This is needs to change because what if you just don't want sauce all over your food. Nonetheless a three to a four star for sure, a five remains to be seen with other items and consistency in their popular dishes.

I was served within about ten minutes of ordering. The servings were generous. I took the second half home to finish it the next day. The tomato sauce and the meatballs were particularly good. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The service was very friendly. The decor of the restaurant was that of an old-school New York Italian restaurant. The music playing was rock and roll and doo-wop from the 1950s and 1960s, which added to the old-school ambience. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work. No complaints.

The men behind the counter bark orders at customers and rush you to order as if your presence is an inconvenience. They are rude, uncouth, and borderline belligerent. Questions are met with evasive, dismissive answers. This was not a language issue. I spoke to staff in both English and Spanish. Every interaction felt rushed and unpleasant. The food did not redeem the experience. Although it smelled good and I've eaten here before with high expectations, the margherita pizza was completely inedible. The crust was not just moist, it was soaking wet, literally watery, fresh out of the oven. Yes, tomatoes can release moisture, but this was beyond that. It was flat-out wet dough. When I showed the issue to the man behind the counter who seemed to be the person preparing all the orders, the one who always wears a permanent scowl and who regulars will immediately recognize, he tried to gaslight me by saying that is "how margherita pizza is supposed to be." When I pressed him and showed him how saturated the crust was, he changed his story and claimed it was oil, not water. It was absolutely water, but even if it had been oil, that would have been just as unacceptable. I asked for a replacement. He told me to throw the pizza away and said he would make me a cheese pizza. Instead, he replaced an entire pizza with a single slice of cheese. No explanation. No apology. Just a quiet downgrade and a shrug. Our full order included a plain pizza, garlic knots, a Sicilian (grandma-style) slice, a buffalo chicken slice, and two sodas. The total was $73.82. The Sicilian slice was overloaded with parsley to the point that it overwhelmed the pizza and made it unpleasant. The most astonishing part? The owner was sitting in the booth next to us the entire time. She watched the interaction unfold and did absolutely nothing. No acknowledgment, no intervention, no accountability. That silence speaks volumes. This place is expensive, poorly managed, and staffed by people who clearly do not care how they treat customers. The man making the pizza is one of the worst individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. The fact that ownership allows this behavior without consequence tells you everything you need to know. I will never return. Avoid it.

The restaurant has a decent sized dining area with a large television to keep patrons entertained while they wait and eat. The guy working the counter was awesome. He was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and attentive. The restaurant serves subs, sandwiches, and of course, wings. They have some traditional wing flavors such as BBQ, teriyaki, garlic parmesan, hot and Thai chili. They also have some exotic flavors available such as 24K Gold, salt and vinegar, moon dust, gold dust, Old Bay, rosemary, and Nashville firecracker. They all sounded so good. I had a tough time deciding what to get. Everything looked and sounded so delicious. So, I ended up order a Philly steak and cheese, and 5 honey old bay wings with fries. It took about 10 minutes for them to prepare my food. It was fresh, hot and very delicious. Everything was perfect. The wings were crispy and a unique mix of honey and old bay seasoning that just feel off of the bone. The fresh were perfectly seasoning and my Philly was very flavor. My meal did not disappoint. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have some really good food and high quality service.

And he says we have to eat here for best experience! He is right. Ordering is easy on the kiosk or an employee can help take your order up front. A large menu board shows you the options. We got two 3 tender meal combo (fries & drink) and a slaw. It took about 10 minutes to get our food but it's made to order. They kitchen/cooking/prep area is open so you can see them make it! Breading and frying the chicken & fries. Hot and fresh. They also check the temp of tenders for doneness. They dip the chicken, then they dust it. Comes with their Crimson sauce as well as ranch. The chicken was hot & juicy. The hot was spicy. Fries were hot and crispy. Ranch was good. Sauce was good. Only negatives were the pickles could have been thicker cut and fresher as well as the slaw. Slaw was vinegar based and wilted. Crunch & crispiness wasn't present. Food was on par with Daves and Canes. Maybe better in quality and price. I wished slaw came with meal. They played country music over the speakers so that's a big plus for me. Is it as good as Dave's or Cane's? My son says yes. I say maybe?
