From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible, no one said hello or nothing, they looked at me like i was stupid. In my experience, Jacolby, Dorthy, Vero etc. acted like they didn't care about the customers at all. They came across as rude, dismissive, and had unpleasant attitudes that made the entire visit uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when I finally got my food, it was cold and didn't taste good at all. It felt like no one cared enough to make it right or even apologize for the mistakes. Good customer service can make up for a lot, but this experience had neither good service nor good food. I left disappointed and won't be coming back. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its service and food quality.
