There is almost zero lettuce, spinach, tomato, green pepper, onion, black olive, cucumbers, or pickles. While I did order your vinegarette, the "salad" was swimming, and I mean swimming, in it. I have had to rinse the entire "salad" to make it even remotely edible and because of the total lack of the extra toppings I ordered, it was really just a bowl of soggy meat. The old Black lady in the back openly lied about adding my chips, no apologies either for taking more of my time. Who lies about a 90 cent bag of chips after giving them a $5 tip for "sandwich artist" via the mobile app. I asked for my flatbread to be toasted and it was very cold--definitely not toasted. These people at this particular subway on a Bluestein I'm sitting there waiting for the young man to take my order and it's been a month ago. I'm waiting for him to take my order he went outside to smoke a cigarette when he came back in he act like he was ready to take my order, but another young lady walked in who works there they walk to the back of the building and he never did come up neither did she I left and I'm just trying to see how they holding up business people don't care about your business or what you got going on I could've been on my way to work or on lunch at that time. For some reason this location didn't have Italian herbs and cheese as one of the bread options. There was also only one worker during a huge rush and she let us know she's been working a double and it was just her. She was kind and I had no problem with the wait but seriously whoever is managing this place needs to get another worker in especially during the dinner rush I mean that's just ridiculous and a safety hazard. 5 stars for her and 1 star for having only one worker a shift. read more

my wife and I ordered on the subway app, a foot-long turkey, bacon and cheese and a chicken buffalo wrap and nothing on either one of them were correct. we tried to call the store and it's a fax number. Came inside pretty excited to have subway for the first time in a long time and no. The customer service here was extremely terrible. The man behind the counter could be heard cursing behind the wall and I thought maybe he would stop when he saw there was a customer, but no he sees me, ignores me - no greeting. Then stomps over STILL cursing and starts putting on his gloves. Still no greeting. Finally asks me what kind of bread, I'm off put by the terrible service already and then he's like are 'you going to order anything - sh*t'. At this point it's been literally less than a minute and I've heard this man curse maybe 6-7 times and then at me. Not today. Everything was bad about the experience here. If I could give no stars I would. Girl in training was completely lost and throwing lids around. Kind of slow to( I mean that in a bad way.) So I rarely take the time to review what would be considered "fast food"! It's just one of those things we don't think to do, as we might when we are trying to help smaller businesses. But this location deserves a shout out! What stands out is the friendly service and the fresh veggies! I visited during the pandemic, and they are thoughtful in encouraging pick-up and limiting seating in the dining room, ensuring social distancing at the counter, covering the ingredients when not in use, etc. They have always provided fresh bread, meat and have that heavy hand with the honey mustard :)! But seriously, the veggies are super fresh. That's usually where the hairs on my arms raise up a bit, at other locations. And this place never disappoints on that front. I like the service, always giggling and smile (even if under a mask). I'd recommend this location, there's like 6 within 20 minutes of me, but I'll try to go here every time I get my coupons in the mail (living without a living wage right now, that's what I need to "go out" for a meal). I'm super thankful! I recommend checking this place out, and it's convenient off of 183 and close to 290. Dealing with the parking lot is not awesome :) - but always found a spot close to the entrance and it's easy on and off the freeway when you are leaving! read more

I went to subway with 2 friends and as soon as i walked in the lady said im not going to take yall up and im not going to make yall sandwiches for jo reason we had literally just got inside. They had 2 people inside, wasnt full at all and they were attending them so i have no idea why she would not attend us if its our money. I've been to A few of the subways in Austin and have been underwhelmed by the service. However, DJ certainly impressed me! He seems nervous at first, but once you get him talking he is a wonderful young man! Knows his stuff for starting out so recently. Recommend this one over the others! read more
