Cheeseburger served in paper envelope L

A few of us were in a class from 9:00am-5:00pm nearby on Airport Blvd., and we wanted a restaurant where we could get a quick lunch and be back within a hour. Hence, In-N-Out! I ordered the basic cheeseburger, and it was ready within 5 minutes, despite the growing lunch crowd. The cheeseburger, which I ordered bun less, was served in a paper envelope. They gave me enough lettuce to wrap around the burger. It was yummy with fresh ingredients...and the price is right! The most surprising element of the In-N-Out experience is the server coming to the table to check on us and find out if everything was to our liking. it gave the impression of a 5-star restaurant! And everything is so clean and shiny at In-N-Out. We were satisfied and finished our meal in time to get back to class on time.

Always solid. Service is always great and the burger is always delicious. We got it with chopped banana peppers on it and 10/10 decision. It was a little late at night so vibes were very interesting. The animal style fries are just okay in my opinion, they are too overwhelming.

I came to this I came to this location last week with Thing Two and her friend. This was my first time at this location. For the area, the parking lot is smaller than most parking lots for chains like this one. When there, a security guard can be seen roaming around the parking lot, which I assume that the guard is responsible for monitoring the parking lot to ensure that only guests of the restaurant are parking in the lot. As with most locations, the inside is very clean and as all orders are made to order, food does take some time to be made. The burgers themselves are not only aesthetically pleasing but they are fresh and have just the right amount of salt and pepper. The fresh cut french fries also have just the right amount of salt. This well-known California chain consistently delivers an awesome fast-food meal. Their dedication to using fresh, high-quality ingredients is obviou, making this location a reliable choice for a great meal, every single time.

One of the few restaurants in the vicinity open past midnight. There aren't very many people dining here at 12am. It's the least busy I've ever seen. A couple of differences from the originating So Cal locations, they offer sweet tea here, and the French fries are a little crispier. I actually like these Texan In-N-Out fries better!

I tried their burgers finally after years of hearing how amazing they are from everyone. I wasn't impressed. I truly don't understand all the hype. It's just a step up from McD's with an okay fry sauce. I've had better burgers and fry sauce in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere than this huge conglomerate.

I simply love In-N-Out Burger for the fresh taste and delicious ingredients! The service with a smile makes it even better. The place is usually kept clean always. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is the misbehaving children but that's those parents fault. Can't blame In-N-Out for its yumminess

Every single time I visit this location it is a win. I normally go for the double double with cheese no onions and a nice cup of sugar-free lemonade. May have recently removed the lemonade sugar-free. But I never go wrong with ordering a burger from here when I am on the go or need to get something in my system, fresh and fast. The staff is always kind and accommodating. This last visit I changed my double double to a lettuce wrap, which I normally get. Even with changing my order as the last minute they come accommodated me and this burger is amazing.

I've only had a handful of experiences with In and Out, and they were on a trip to California is a couple years ago. This place was my first stop when I arrived in Austin-- but I didn't have the same experience here. The staff was very welcoming, which was similar. They didn't have an extremely long line, which was the opposite. The food was okay, however, the burger wasn't as good here as California, and the fries here were much better. Nonetheless, I'm glad that I came here and got to have the experience here.

Very good presentation. Love how they toast the bun. Burger was good and their sauce is really good. I like p terrys burgers and menu better but in n outs sauce was a little better to me. In n out is much better than Whataburger, in my opinion. Drive through went quick. Good service. Limited menu

Definitely feels like the staff are super busy here. They seem less frazzled compared to other fast food places like McDonalds, but overall I feel like all fast food places at night are really busy. The staff were nice, the place was clean, the food was pretty standard. It came out respectably on time and tasted like it should.

The service is always good when I go here! The food is always fresh also. I recommend eating the fries asap as it's not the same when you take it home and it's cold. The burgers - double double is a must since the patties are thin. I opted for a lettuce wrap instead of buns because we living a balance life here hehe.

After close to 700 reviews there's probably not a lot more that I could say that hasn't already been said. Well for starters, I will include some photos that other Yelpers have not included. I would say that even after being here for a few years this place is still quite clean and organized with a friendly staff. Some yelpers complain that the food is not up to par, but then what do you want for $10? If you're looking for a better burger, then go to Jewboy burgers just up the road and pay twice the price and wait twice as long. There's plenty of seating inside and a dozen tables outside. I do like the fact that they allow you to dispense your own ketchup as opposed to those hard to open packets. However, one thing they do Not do well here is the french fries. They are basically flavorless starch sticks. I really wish they would find a better supplier of this staple. Their shakes are also pretty average. They only have a single drive-through lane which is why I opt for parking in their very spacious lot and order inside. Keep in mind, at this location you'll definitely see some homeless encampment activity. So if you're looking for some cheap grub for 10 bucks, this is a good acceptable place to come.

I settled on Taco Bell and that's a decision I regret greatly. I was really hungry and looking forward to my burrito that I modify in a way that represents an option that Taco Bell discontinued. I saw the screen and confirmed everything was displayed correctly so I drove 11 mins back home. I asked for 8 fire sauce and got 4. No big deal. Then I unwrap my burrito and take a bite and am grossed out. Even though I paid to have the beef substituted for steak I bit into it and tasted salty ground beef. My dinner is ruined and my hunger is not satisfied. I called the store. My options were to go back to the store and have my order remade or to have a refund. It is an 11 minute drive there and 11 mins back. Because 44 minutes is far too long I opted for the refund. They offered to refund . 90 cents. That's insulting. Amanda claimed she was the manager and was rude and condescending. I asked for the corp. number and she refused to give it to me. I get the difference in price is 90 cents but the inconvenience is worth at least a full refund. Amanda is a poor excuse for a manager and I hope she gets retrained or demoted. I'm not some bum trying to get a free meal but I am a customer who would like to get some semblance of fairness in exchange for the massive inconvenience. Don't go to this Taco Bell and go to one of the MANY other options in the area instead. I won't make the same mistake again.

I rubbed the two together, jokingly calling the family to dinner and started a doggone fire in my kitchen. Look at my photos below. The chicken was so bad. My dog didn't even want to eat it. And she never turns down food! Your kitchen is a mess, your employees knew dang well what they sold me. They were laughing at me from the drive-thru and went to hide. I should have opened the box there, but my mistake for trusting in you Popeyes. I went inside to get my large fry. They forgot to put in my order and gave me a half-empty box of fries! By the way, the fries were the only thing we could eat. The fried pickles tasted and felt like I was chewing on my great granddaddy's old leather bootstrap! My kids and wife wanted Popeyes. I did not! I wish you could have seen the way they looked at me when they opened that box of chicken jerky! Disappointment and devastation. You would have thought it came from The Bone Temple Kitchen and Dr. Ian Kelson cooked it himself. I apologized while gnawing on a piece, gaslighting them into believing we could sit and enjoy this abomination for dinner. What if this had been my last time seeing my family? The trauma this chicken could have given them had I choked and died. Embarrassing just the thought if this were the last image of me in their memory forever. My son ate the fries and my daughter had the biscuit but drowned that thing in butter and honey so she could try to swallow it. I feared for her safety and life! She's so daring and obviously fear is not a factor for her. I had to watch them suffer all because your employees didn't want to make fresh food. I knew that the chicken had skin cancer, I could taste it from sitting under that lamp since the opening hours. Popeyes, bring me your torch, it's time to go.
