this Subway location has good food but the worst customer service I have encountered in my many travels. Today it is 1:20 pm on a Sunday and note is left on the door stating they are closing at 12:30 due to staffing. This location for the past 3 years has stated no staffing and closed for breaks or just closed. read more

Worst subway I ever been to it has the worst management and hiring. Only 1 worker today and only one person in front of me in line. He said it's gonna be a 20 min wait. Lol I've never heard that in my life and I used to work at subway. Lol I'd give this place negative 5 stars . Ok this is 30 mins later as it's my turn he says we only have wheat bread when he took the herb bread out 20 mins ago and said it's too hot to cut!! This subway needs a little help. Turn down the music when people are trying to order. Clean up the countertop. Wipe down the knives after cutting a sandwich. My wife is allergic to Avocado and if there is any on the knife from the sandwich before she will get extremely sick. Change your plastic gloves after each sandwich and don't wipe the counter down with them and then make my sandwich. read more

Horrible customer service from shady workers. I would not recommend. And like other reviews say they were out of breads and had limited selection. Customer service was so horrible. Signs everywhere saying they do not tolerate attitudes and you must be nice. But that does not go for them. They treat customers like shit. Also say no more than five customers at a time which I understand if you had a line of six people that weren't related and live together. My family is seven and we had to leave kids outside and rotate. What is that helping? We all live together!!!! Never again will I go there. read more

I was hesitant to go to this subway because I saw the poor reviews. I was in town and needed something quick, so I went anyway. People are not wrong...the customer service at this subway is lacking and the employees will make you feel very uncomfortable. I heard "What the hell!" spoken loudly three times, "god - damn it" twice and watched as another employees cell phone chime and she took a break from her sweeping to be on her phone, in the middle of the restaurant and in front of costumers. It chimes again... more texting. I also was told the odd "no" when I asked for ingredients. And was asked to repeat what I wanted several times to 2 employees because one was "losing his mind". There were 5 employees working a slow Tuesday afternoon for some reason and were more concerned with their loud sarcastic banter than helping costumers. Costumers were treated like a distraction from the goofing off and lack of professionalism going on behind the counter. SUPER AWKWARD. I don't really write reviews but I just had to with this. Someone needs to bring in a manager to set some standards and let some employees go. Bring in people who deserve the job and will represent a professional manner. read more

Katy has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You have a sign about how the employees have to be respectful and cheerful and Katy is far from it. With an attitude like hers, she should NOT work with the public. My family has food allergies and she caused a scene and fought with us over the food allergies. This Subway is pretty good. Everything is clean, the bathrooms, floors, tables, etc. For Subway fresh bread is a must and their bread was perfect. I had a chicken breast sub, and it was awesome. The meat, veggies and bread were very fresh and perfectly made. The employees were pleasant, but not overly friendly, but that is ok because they were polite. We waited a long time in line, and then for our food to be prepared, but to be fair we did come during the dinner rush. read more

Wow! Let me start with when customers come in you don't say "They left us with nothing so I had to turn off my open sign" came in with a group of 4, he took 2 of our orders makes them but then tells me & my son I'm LUCKY he's helping us?! More people were coming in so he STOPPED making our sandwiches to tell them he CANT help them because he's running out of everything and the other employee was just STANDING by the register while my sandwiches weren't being finished nor was he trying to help the new customers. Those customers were very understanding and says, "I'll just take what you have" but he says no once he runs out of something the need to stop and restock everything? Like really it wasn't even 6pm on a FRIDAY & you can't just make a few sandwiches with what was left, which was quite a bit actually as I could see what they had left. Our sandwiches were made he way we asked and tasted good but me being a manager at a similar business I hope the owners see this and fixes that because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Jessica is the absolute worst manager and employee here. She treats her employees like crap, she favors the other morning girl miranda or marissa, whatever her name is, and I have even over heard her talking crap about another girl working there which is sad because she was the only one actually working! I've been coming here for a few years now and I've always had great service from miss ashley but today I walked in and this Jessica person was being rude and vulgar towards her and even called her a 'bitch' while walking to the back! I'm really disappointed with the person running this place. It's no wonder they are always looking for help!!! read more

I love our local Subway. Friendly people, fresh bread and freshly made sandwiches the way I want it. Num. Also, it is very clean in there.

I took 6 kids from a volleyball team there last night. The customer service was terrible. We were told that we should have called ahead to let them know there was a bus coming. Well, there was only 6 people and it was 730pm, not 10. The employee said that if we don't let them know that there is a group coming they will ask us to leave next time. read more

This subway should not be allowed to be called a subway. The customer service is so bad it makes the food taste bad. It also seems they are out of ingredients regularly... too cheap to buy inventory and invest in customer service training. read more
