"Sandwich artists" not customer oriented. No sense of urgency. One was making drive through order, the other wandering, then sauntered over to take our order. Put meat and cheese on bread then said,"hold on" and stepped to the back. He had received a phone call on his earbud. OMG And these kids expect $15 an hour?? His co-worker finished our first sandwich while his DT order toasted. He came back, no apology, nothing. We proceeded to finish our order. Iced tea machine 'broken' really? I stopped by this Subway location on my long drive home from Baltimore to Jacksonville. I wanted to eat a little healthier than my usual Taco Bell. Bonus, they had a drive through! It took a long time for the car in front of me to place their order, like 5-7 minutes. When I pulled up to order I waited about 2-3 minutes to place my order. I was a little frustrated as I believe a drive through should be faster than getting out of your car and going in to order. If service had been a little faster I would given a higher rating. My subway club was delicious! The bread and ingredients were fresh. My order was correct and I was back on the highway again. read more

odd employee behavior. sandwich maker misheard "tuna" and said "chicken?" my girlfriend corrected and said "tuna". so she made chicken. instead of correcting the mistake, she insisted my girlfriend ordered chicken. when making the correct order. she put all the veggies on it, then gave my girlfriend the wrong one. for my sub, she asked what i wanted, then somehow broke line order and secretly made it, without asking me the vegetables i wanted, insisting it was mine. a new guy who came in corrected and made my order. the entire time the first lady stood and stared disapprovingly. i do not think subway workers make enough money, but i also think that shouldn't be taken out on the sandwiches we order. i am not the systemic issue, i just have a girlfriend i would like to be well fed. read more

I have this weird obsession with meatball subs. I stopped at subway to try the " boss" I think it's called. My best friend highly recommended it to me. I had it toasted and added onions and banana peppers. Highly, highly recommend letting it cool down!! I burn my entire mouth but have no regrets. I truly like Subway restaurant but the staff is why I hate to go in the restaurant. They prepare my food to be expected but majority of the time I go inside the staff is having intense conversation among themselves. I can only assume by the tone, body gestures and laugher, it is personal because I don't speak the language of which they are speaking. The last time I visited, a staff member was cleaning the dining area around my husband and I, she was on her personal phone the entire time, plus she was very loud! The reason I have wrote this review is because the staff does a good job they just need training on this matter. The restaurant is super clean and subway as good food. Benson does not have many restaurant to choice from.I believe if the issue was resolved, your sales would increase tremendously. read more

Horrible customer service! My family and I were traveling north today, and we stopped to get sandwiches at this location. Ladies were very rude and had poor customer service skills. They did not greet us when we went inside, and got upset when I asked them to reheat my food. They rolled their eyes and did not have a conversation with us. They seemed moody and one of them even had ear phones while making my sandwich! what kind of service is that? Management should pay close attention to their employees, and coach them on what customer service is. Not sure what the previous person was talking about when she says customer service is excellent. Wouldn't be surprised if he/she is a friend of theirs or an employee. Smh. read more

i usually get sandwiches 2-3 times a week, on 1-1-23 used drive through to get 2 foot longs chips and drink. 26 bucks. got home to find both foot longs had no meat or veggies on one end of both sandwiches 2 inches. so we got foot long bread but 10 inchs of veggies and meat. wouldnt think the kids behind the counter would do this without someone instructing them to. so using drive through where you can watch sandwiches being made will get you less than if you go inside where you can watch being made. maybe owner trying to cut back when not being watched. Great customer service! Sandwiches were prepared to our satisfaction, and they even reheated our sandwiches and cookies without hesitation. Very pleasant staff! My family and I were driving back home towards DC from our vacation in Orlando and decided to stop at Subway for a quick bite. Being in the car for several hours we got to chatting with the two girls preparing our sandwiches and somehow exchanged information. In a rush to get back on the road, I didn't realize I didn't put my credit card back in my wallet. Thank God for these two employees! They immediately called us and let us know the card was still at their establishment. Would definitely stop here again on our next trip! read more

I am from Benson have been going here for years only problem I have had was staff was very slow and played around a lot and at one time a staff member was smoking out side and went back inside and did not was there hands. But this is not my problem with this location at this time it is that they have placed a limit on the items you can order when going thru the drive thru you can only get three sandwiches per visit ok news flash most families have at least four people two adults and two children as my family, most of the time when going thru the drive thru I have my three year old in the car and would rather not get him out of the car I am a local business owner in Benson this has got to be the worst business policy I have ever seen for a fast food Restaurant but hey its ok because that is your restaurant but don't worry I will NEVER be going there again and you need to teach your staff how to talk to customers being rude it's not good business good luck in the future because you are losing your locals when Mc Donald's opens back up you we be wishing you and your staff where a little nicer and you will probably be rethinking your three subs per visit policy.
