This is definitely the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. It's very clean, the drive-through line is quick, my order is always correct, and the employees are super helpful and friendly. Now, of course all Chick-fil-A employees are helpful and friendly, but the ones at this location seem to go above and beyond. My favorite foods are the Cobb salad, southwest spicy chicken salad, the 12-piece grilled chicken nuggets, chicken noodle soup, diet lemonade, egg white grilled chicken sandwich and of course, the original chicken sandwich with extra pickles. I'm not a huge fan of the waffle fries. But I love that Chick-fil-A has healthier options than most fast food restaurants. read more

At the Fuquay Varina location they are : Always polite, always accommodating. My kids love the chicken nuggets and the kids meal at all times of the day. So for breakfast they get the nuggets and hash rows a simple easy substitute. Other locations like Holly Springs or Cary will not give us the kids meal at breakfast. Service at a fast food restaurant is always a hit or a miss. Quite frankly, the experience is supposed to be getting your food quickly...not getting a "fine dining experience" for the cost of $5. With that being said, Chick-fil-a is different. They value the costumer experience and go out of their way to ensure that you are completely satisfied. There have been a few different times when something occurred that prevented us from being completely satisfied. Each time, the employee who assisted us, was always smiling, listened to what was being said, and did not put blame on anyone. It was very apparent that their mission was to see what went wrong and how they can fix it right now. In addition to their amazing costumer service focused team, the actual establishment is clean. Bathrooms and play area is kept clean, which is such a relief. To not have to worry about where your child plays when eating at a fast food establishment helps tremendously! We will continue to support Chick-fil-a because of their amazing service, great food, and exceptional standards that they hold the entire store (and staff) to. read more

I placed an order at 10:15 through the mobile app for breakfast to pick it up after the breakfast time. Little did I know that the app wasn't clear on whether the order went through or not. It had said the order had been placed and to let them know when you're there to pick it up. I got there at 10:55 thinking my order has been placed and the order did not "go through". I talked to the manager to let him know about the situation, and guess what? They obviously did nothing to help. I've been over and done with them for a while but I actually enjoy their breakfast. Love chick fil a! The employees here are so friendly and the food is consistently good! The line is generally long around lunchtime but moves fast- we started online ordering so our food is ready soon after we arrive. The drive thru is pretty crazy but there are always employees out taking orders on tablets so it seems to move fast. Parking can be difficult with crowds/drive thru line but we always get a spot. Inside the dining room there are many happy customers eating and then there are MANY happy employees helping the customers. From carrying food to their tables to helping with kids drinks. Refills on drinks. Or taking your trash. It is really refreshing to see a really friendly group of employees who want to "give " service to their customers. It is very clean like you would expect, but there is a different attitude in the air. Their must be something different with the company philosophy. Who knew. The chain's chicken patties seem to always have that knot of gristle in them. The portions are too small especially for the very pricey menu. It seems like for all they charge, the gristle could be trimmed out. The lemon pie is good when cold but doesn't keep well and you sure don't get much of it as it is mostly tasteless meriange. The place is simply unaffordable; too little for too much, and on balance the food isn't notable. Closing on Sundays may be charming and Christian wackos may find it laudable but people eat 7 days a week. I think it is bad business for them to close on Sundays plus arrogant, pretentious and silly. I am not Christian so the once every year or so I splurge on a cost-be-damned meal at Chic-Fil-A, I resent not being able to dine there on a Sunday. read more
