Super disappointed. I come to Jack here and there and each time it's always a disappointment. Either order is messed up, missing condiments, or simply wrong orders. The service was actually horrible if I could give it zero I would I went here because I had orders through DoorDash and I was missing half of my food so my dasher told me that they never gave him the rest of the order so then I went to the drive through and I waited for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me then the guy started talking and said how he couldn't give me the food because it wasn't on his screen and I told him I have the receipt on my phone and then he said "okay but it's not on my screen" so then I was telling him how I was willing to pay again just to get my food and he tells me to pull through so I do and he looks to be on drugs his eyes are low set and it's 12am he's listening to music and has long hair and a beard I was telling him if he could make the tacos and he said he would but I would have to go through the drive through again at that point I was so mad because he stole my food money and time NEVER come here read more

There is a man who works late night drive-thru at the Bonney Lake Jack in the Box who is the most professional fast food person I have ever met in my entire life. He is like a professional air traffic controller or something, asked every possible clarifying question to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed with our order, asked us which drinks we wanted in the drink carrier, and a thousand other little touches. This location used to be good. For some reason, I've been having bad experiences, and it's the reason why stopped buying food from JITB. So today, I thought of giving them another chance, since me and 2 of my grandkids are in the area and terribly hungry. I ordered & paid for a BUTTERY SMASHBURGER COMBO and 2 SAUSAGE CROISSANT sandwiches. I normally check my order upon receiving but I didn't today being so hungry and I putting my trust back with the service crew that will do a good job. When I got home, I only had one croissant which cost $7.29 (sandwich only) and the Smashburger combo. I didn't get the other Sausage Croissant. Didn't want to drive back there and already feeling lightheaded from hunger and upset. So just want to relay a message to JITB corporate to make sure your service crews checks every order and make sure it's complete before handing the bag to the customer. Woke up late and hungry, but that's ok because Jack in the Box has breakfast meals all day! Had to drive thru Bonney Lake and stopped at Jack to get a #21 & #22 breakfast croissants. We arrived at 11:25 am, ordered and sat in line for roughly 14 minutes before we came to the window (there was 3 cars in front of us). Once at the window the worker with red beard appeared frustrated at his job which transferred to terrible customer service. We asked for salt and pepper and received a handful of both packets (we only used one of each and threw the about 40 packets away). There were no napkins in our bag. Both breakfast croissants were bacon instead of one bacon and one sausage like we ordered. And the Iced Vanilla coffee was so bad my wife couldn't drink it, way too sweet. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I just left the Jack in the box drive through being accosted and yelled at by an employee. There were three cars in the drive through line. We saw a wet floor cone by the drive through. We decided to drive in since the drive through is open till 3am and there were other cars in front of us. Instantly, a 20 something year old brunette boy with curly hair and facial hair yelled through the speaker..."were closed did you not see the sign?" My husband said my bad boss the cone said wet floor we saw other cars in line. My husband started to back out of the drive through when that employee approached our vehicle. The employee yelled at my husband and called him incompetent multiple times and kept shouting at us while we were trying to back out of line. My husband didn't even say anything back until he got shouted at 6 times. If you close early then advertise this online correctly and calmly tell your customers. Also get a sign that says "drive through closed" not wet floor. We were in line at 9:30pm. Most of the other fast food places in Bonney Lake close at 10pm. Not sure why a Jack in the Box is closing at 9:30pm when it's advertised for 3am online. So rude! Find employees that know how to communicate effectively and not scream at your customers. I ordered 2 tacos minus the sauce on 02/24/21 at 5:37 pm. The reason I added date and time is in hopes management or Human resources review the footage of this event. as I pull away after getting my order, my taco's are loaded with sauce. Once again I go around to the back of the drive through since the doors are locked due to covid. upon approaching the window there are 2 young kids. after a short time the young man opened the window and handed me my tacos I sensed an attitude with him. I asked him for napkins and he reluctantly handed me a few so fast that the napkins almost fell to the ground and then he slammed the window on me! As I tried to get his attention he ignored me so I raised my voice so he could hear me. The Next thing I remember is an older female employee came to the window and started yelling at me in words that I will not repeat. This is why I added the date and time for Human resources and or management to review. when I asked who the manager I was, I was ORDERED to leave in words I will not repeat. once again Please review the footage. I had crossed my mind that may be she was having a bad day, but my gut feeling is she is just a bad fit for this job in representing this business. She did tell me that the manager was Kathy Ducan after asking a few times. She Repeatedly demanded that I leave in offensive language. I did not get her name but I have faith that the main office will request a copy of the schedule for this complaint. Every time I have ordered the Grande Sausage Burrito (the last 3-4 times in the span of a year - no exaggeration) it was made incorrectly either missing cheese, hot sauce, hashbrown, bacon bits, or at times 2-3 ingredients as listed in conjunction together. Only been to this Jack In the Box a handful of times, but tonight (3.20.20) will absolutely be my last! When my husband and I took our order the woman over the prompter repeated it back to us wrong , so of course we corrected her nicely and then she got my husbands order wrong and had complete ATTITUDE when we corrected her again. Then when we pulled up to pay to get our food, the lady (she had brownish blond hair pulled back in a ponytail and glasses) put regular fries in our bag instead of curly fries... so again we told her and she was absolutely pissed!!
