The food here at this Panda Express wasn't as tasty as other Panda Express. Initially I ordered chow mein with my favorite sting beans and chicken breast. Unfortunately, they told me they were unable to obtain the green beans. Instead I ordered honey sesame chicken breast. In addition, I order tea which they didn't even know they had. The staff was quite busy running around trying to keep caught up. The restaurant was smaller than average Panda Express was clean, seating was ample, tables were cleared and parking SUCKED! I did note, no knifes, trash at the beverage stand overflowing, only extra large and kids cups were available. The HIP HOP music could be turned down or off. Just reviewed my receipt and noticed I wasn't charged for my tea but was uncharged for crisp sesame shrimp that wasn't even ordered. Sadly the staff was overwhelmed by customers at 620p on a Tuesday night. A line out the door, customers complaining about not having all the food they ordered. Guess, I'll have to just depart without addressing my receipt discrepancy. I have to also noted the prices were not listed on the me menu.. I should have taken a photo. Decent food and decent service. I always head down here at around 2 pm for lunch if im having the orange chicken or sweetfire chicken cravings. Not a lot of people tend to come around this time. I was reluctant to go in due to the reviews but figured I would try it out, the server behind the counter was very friendly and I noticed the orange chicken was kind of low, so I asked for a new fresh batch, and they had no problem accommodating me. I would've given them five stars but due to the cleaning of the tables and chairs, that is obviously necessary these days, it had a slight chemical odor but wasn't as bad as some places I've been in. Tired of getting ripped off Everytime I order... 1.) I used to work for Panda so I know what I've paid for when I Don't get it...I just spent $60 ordering online and $23 of my order was missing. Not only was food missing, but when people order the spring rolls or potstickers...THEY EXPECT SAUCE, and this is the 4th time I've given this particular location a shot and not gotten sauce with items that include sauce...they do not offer options to add it when ordering online, and when I worked there, it was always included no questions. 2.) feels like no one here is paying attention when filling an order...it's always just thrown together and you end up with the wrong sizes, the wrong portions, the wrong food in general. Until they change their online ordering/quality control that comes with it, I'm not returning as a customer. I've give you guys plenty of shots, and plenty of money, to be this disappointed on a Saturday when I ordered enough food for me, my husband and my kids and only got half of it. read more

Been to this Panda Express multiple times and never had an issue. Tonight I drove 25 minutes from home because I was craving Panda. I made sure to Google the closing time(9PM) before I left to ensure I could get there at least 30 minutes before closing. I ended up arriving and entering around 8:15 PM. When I walked in it appeared as though they were cleaning up for the night which is understandable. What's not is that they were out of chow mien and orange chicken and informed me that they wouldn't be making anymore for the rest of the night. Today I went there at 8:30pm and wanted white rice but they told me they were "out of white rice" and they weren't going to make any more because they close at 10:00pm an hour and a half later... I placed a family sized order online and Panda nailed it. There wasn't a problem picking up my order and everything was fresh, hot & correct. this location is actually the worst. they run out of everything except for the stuff no one wants hours before closing. my question is why extend your hours if you're going to "run out" of everything at 9 every night. might as well go back to your other hours. and i would get it if it was a one or two time thing, but EVERY TIME i go even somewhat late they are out of everything. and the workers are super unfriendly, you can tell they don't want to help you and i have always felt uncomfortable every time im in there. if you don't want to help customers maybe don't work in the food service industry? and that's coming from someone who works in food service. I went to Panda Express in Bonney Lake at 11:30 am on a Saturday. Wouldn't one assume they'd be prepared for the onslaught of Saturday lunch crowd? They were out of nearly everything and I was disappointed to say the least. This is the case at any time I go. I used to enjoy Panda Express at other locations but I will not go back here. No broccoli Beef, no black pepper chicken, out of lots. Out of chow mein and albeit the counter girl was mannerly, the place is not organized. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Don't recommend this place. Update: I gave it another try yesterday and total turnaround. There were many delicious choices and food was fresh and tasty. Very busy on a Friday night, so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. I have to say their food is always consistent though, and the customer service was very good, especially for how busy they were. Just one thing I noticed that should be addressed is the fact that that I watched one of the employees handle paper money with her gloved hands, then go right back to handling food without changing gloves. We went for lunch today and I was very impressed with this location. There was one girl working the front, but when we got in line, 4 more people came through the door. So she immediately took over the cash register and another lady made the plates. The teamwork was awesome and they were fast!! You could tell they were there to do a job and I really appreciate that.
