They have the best fried mushrooms and the best dipping sauces. They also have fish and chips. Shakes onion rings and more. I absolutely love this place because the customer service is wonderful. The food is absolutely great and it just makes you feel like you're in a down Home diner when you go there. Today I was impressed by the owners they hand deliver your food to you at your table and they always have a smile on their face. This place is not expensive. Has wonderful. I saw on Google reviews that they have a new owner and I can confirm they do as T-mobile gave a coupon for burgers and Han's Burgers was one of the business that came up. It was my brother, boyfriend and myself and there was a few people inside dining in or waiting or their take out. The gentleman at the cash register greeted us and when I showed him the coupon, he told me that was done by the previous order. Regardless, he was willing to give us 15% off for coming in and letting us know that this was a one time pass which was very considerate of him. We ordered the fried chicken burger combo, Hawaiian burger and bacon cheeseburger. They gave us a cup for the lemonade and two small water cups. The food didn't take long and it was still delicious! We were happy that the burgers, service and overall experience is the same. We look forward to stopping by whenever we get our burger cravings as their prices are still fair. I don't know the difference in the inside changes as we never dined in. But they have quite a bit of seating inside with cute table clothes. It is pretty bright inside too but no music playing. I ordered one of their loaded custard creations with multiple mix-ins (I can't remember the exact name), and it was delicious. The only thing I'd note is that it's very rich and sweet, and the portion is pretty big. I couldn't finish mine, so it's probably something that would be perfect for sharing. The restaurant itself still has the same casual, upbeat atmosphere as my previous visit, and the food quality seems very consistent. My only lingering note from my first review still applies a bit -- it can get pricey for what you get -- but the food and custard are definitely good if you're in the mood for it. While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn't know how to process a refund because the "refund button wouldn't work." To make matters worse, she said she could "write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow," but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten -- a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service. Ultimately, I had to drive back to the store in person, which was entirely avoidable if my concern had been handled properly over the phone.

This is beyond annoying and frustrating driving in spending gas and then they don't have a phone number listed for customer support and there's an email but how long does it take for people to typically respond for emails? Overall terrible experience with this place going to have to call the bank to dispute the charges because they didn't take their location away from their website let alone show that it's out of business but still collect money... Robbing people blind.
