Tried to place a mobile order - the app said it went through, but got to the store and apparently it didn't. Morgan was the Friday evening closer by himself when I came in. The lady with the short black hair- you have been working at this location for as long as I've been coming here. I don't know how you aren't a manager! Been to this one so many times as it is close my house. I wont ever be back. I went in to get one sandwich asked for turkey and ham on a footlong. She puts the meat and just puts 4 pieces (2 turkey 2 ham) I asked why only 4 pieces she pointed to the shortage sign. But now where on the shortage sign does it say you get less meat it says maybe out of things do to the shortage. Anyway I should of left but I felt bad just walking out. I used to come to this location quite frequently, however that has now changed. Every time I pop in on my way to work to either grab some quick cookies or just simply use the rest-room I am met with animosity. It seems like the attidudes of the workers are just very poor. Now it is a fast food place so I'm not expecting the world here but not even a smile or any wink of happiness from these people. The times I have gotten food is has been below sub-par. Again I am met with attitude problems and inconsistencies in my orders. Went into this subway sandwich shop for lunch. It was a standard lunch line that moved quickly. I put an order in for three sandwiches and drinks and some potato chips. The fun started when I got to the register. The register would not except credit cards and they kept playing with it until they finally gave up and just took my credit card numbers. Not sure how safe that is with the crowd that works there. Then they could not make a receipt up so I got a hand written one. Really WTF!!!??? Then unknowingly leave and not have one of the sandwiches. How come my order is it all together in one bag is the question. Is that too hard to do????? I guess here. When I went back to get my sandwiches they told me I was the one that forgot it. Again really WTF???!!! I was very disappointed with this particular restaurant. In the past I have left instructions how to prepare my sandwich, for some ridiculous reason they feel that they need to put the sauce everywhere but on the bread well I called to get a special order today so that way I don't have another argument with the girls that don't speak English at the front well the owner who had his phone number forwarded to his phone decided to make excuses for them and I tried to explain what was going on and he would not listen then I tell him that I will go ahead and I will leave a review on you for the simple fact that this is the fourth time I've had to deal with this it's not our fault that somebody doesn't speak any English in the front counter and if they can't speak English then they need to have somebody read the instructions for them that's called customer service if I would have had an allergy to something because they cross contaminated they would have been liable I was tired of my sauces falling all over me especially at work half ass work that's all I can say I've never seen anybody make a sandwich like that ever I've even asked them, have you ever made a sandwich at home? Wow! Not one to really review fast food, but the breakfast flatbread sandwich Subway makes is great. Had the current breakfast special with a cup of coffee for under $5.00. Made on flatbread, it had egg, swiss cheese, tomato and spinach. The cheese melted perfectly with the egg, and the whole sandwich was excellent.. The guy behind the counter was quick and helpful. I guess they didn't want my business. I saw online they don't close until 10:30pm, unless they close at 10am and didn't update their info online. Anyhoo, I called around 9:45pm, to place an order for three large sandwich platters for pick up around 11am next day for our three rugby sports teams playing in a tournament in Fullerton. The girl that answered said, they're not taking orders because they are about to walk out the door now. However, she referred me to two other Subway shops in the area. I believe she said the one on Imperial and the other one closer to the Brea Mall. She said they may be closing at 11pm, and they can help me, or I can call back tomorrow morning at 8am when they open. Oh well, I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

My husband and I come here fairly often since we live right up the hill. We typically come in the evening, so we see the same group of staff. There is a gentleman who works there and I feel bad that I don't know his name, but he makes the best sandwiches! Took off 1 star because there is one girl who seems like she is always in a bad mood. One night she was by herself and gave a death glare to anyone else walking in while she was making our sandwiches. I guess she was by herself because her coworker called out, so we were understanding that time. The next time we saw her, though, she was working with someone else and was in the same bad mood. She made my sandwich while her coworker mad my husband's and there was a notably difference...mine was quickly thrown together with minimal veggies (and taste-wise was not the best sandwich I've ever eaten), while my husband's looked great. We walk in and the girl behind the counter is sooooo slow. We ordered two sandwhichs and it took her 5 minutes just to get the bread out. The whole process was just bad. But we thought maybe she was just having an off night. Nope. we go back there she is again. Just as slow. 2 weeks later we go back ( not my choice) exact same thing! We ordered three sandwhichs, it took her forever to cut the bread and get it ready. Meanwhile, a group of three came in a good 8 min after us and another guy helped them and he finished there sandwhiches before she was even done putting on our veggies!
