This place is nice I always get their salads they are always so fresh and knowing that I can put whatever I want in it makes it even better. I placed a mobile order at 10:30. I received a confirmation email stating the order would be ready at 10:50. I walked in at 11:00 and stood next to the mobile order pick up rack. The lady behind the counter asked if I was waiting on a mobile order. I said yes and she said it's gonna b a while, they have no control over the time stated on the confirmation email. After several customers ordered and left, I decided to stand in line. When I was 2nd in line to order, my mobile order was finally finished. I finally received my order at 11:24. I could have stood in line 2 times, ordered and paid for my sandwiches in the time it took me to wait around for my mobile order. There r several other subways in the area. Go there. She did extremely well under pressure. she was the only employee an she had an overwhelming amount of orders, on top of another customer complaining about the quality of the food. I know not all Subways are not the same. Use to go to the one in Laughlin until we encountered a very rude worker. That is how we ended up at the Subway by Smart and Final. It's Subway #10959. I usually like going to this store because it's not very busy. I know why now. The manager there was the rudest worker there by far. When your customer is telling you that the meat is discolored and you argue instead of just putting different meat on it, there's a huge problem. I wanted to speak to her manager until I realized she was in charge. Sad that you can't get common courtesy anymore these days. read more

It can be easy to drive past this location if you're not paying attention. I've eaten here many times and haven't been disappointed. The employees are friendly and do a good job of putting your sandwich together if you're their only customer or if there's a line of people. I never leave reviews but felt the need to come give this subway location 5 stars! We were visiting and visited this location twice on our visit. Very clean, very friendly and they made excellent sandwiches! We watched the 2 boys working go out of their way to make sure everything was in perfect order and everyone that walked through feel welcomed. Dylan and Sean (hope that's how you spell their names, looked quick at their badges), were the friendliest workers we've ever met. My family placed online orders for pickup. Very dissatisfied with the service here today. We usually never have problems. Let me first start by saying I'm not psychic. I don't know if there's a long line or 10 employees working or just one employee. So like I said, we placed our order and are getting ready to go to the river. I went to pick up the sandwiches at the pick up time and they weren't even started. That's honestly fine. I get you got busy or whatever and I'm a patient person. That's not what I'm upset about. What I'm upset about is how I was spoken to by the employee and the entire process today. I tell her I'm there for an order pick up and she looks at me and says with attitude "I haven't started them yet" and looks at her line. Okay? I can wait, but don't give me attitude because like I said, I have no way of knowing whether you're alone or if there's 20 people in line. Whoever does the scheduling here needs to be a little smarter. It's a Saturday during the summer season. You should expect to be busy and should be placing two people to open the store. Its ridiculous that I had to wait so long for my online order. The receipt even says "vip customer". Definitely didn't feel like it. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my sandwiches, after already having placed the order 20 minutes before that. read more
