I sat towards the back of the restaurant, near the one door. It gave me a good vantage point of the space and notice that it was well maintained by the staff and well used by customers. While looking around my food is delivered to my table and I dig in. I tune out the world as I consume the par for the course food. The sweet pork barbacoa burrito (melted cheese on top) was pretty good but also pretty messy when handling it. The sweet pork barbacoa was sweet and flavorful (probably my favorite protein from them). The pollo asado quesadilla was disappointing and that was mainly due to the pollo asado not being good and that sucks cause I had to pay an up charge for that specific meat. Cafe Rio was a pleasant surprise that I'm glad I finally tried after hearing about it for all these years. I wouldn't say it's better than chipotle but it's not too far behind.
