I stopped by this location today and ended up leaving without ordering due to the lack of basic customer service. When I walked in, there were two employees behind the counter preparing what appeared to be online orders. I stood there waiting for several minutes, and neither employee acknowledged me no greeting, no eye contact, not even a quick "we'll be right with you." I completely understand that online orders need to be fulfilled, but customers who walk into the store should not feel invisible. It takes just a few seconds to acknowledge someone and set expectations. After standing there with no acknowledgment at all, I chose to leave. It was frustrating and honestly disappointing. This experience made it clear that customer service is not being prioritized at this location. I hope management addresses this, because it's a simple fix that makes a big difference. read more

I stopped by at 8:40 am to purchas 7 gift cards, my Apple Maps told me the location was open. I walked into the building and the employee was vey rude telling me that the store is not open yet! I told her to needed 7 gift cards she told me again we are not open, I asked her what time do you open she said 9am, I sat in the store to wait until 9am. Make it make since google says you are open the front door is open, how are you not open. Good customer service is not represented at this stor. read more

Food was great, but the customer service was not. Upon walking in, the energy was already negative. The manager was rude and seemed to misunderstand my body language. To be clear, I was not pointing at her or anyone! I naturally talk with my hands. There was no disrespect intended on my part, but the situation was escalated unnecessarily. Interestingly, her demeanor completely changed once a coworker arrived, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. The Subway commercials say the bread is freshly baked, but the bread my sub was made with was anything but fresh. Rubbery. Definitely old. I threw it in the trash. My wife selected the cold cut trio, which is supposed to be 3 different types of meat, but they seemed to be 3 of the same types of meat. Ordered food at 6:30PM, they close at 8. Was allowed to spend my money and order my food online for pick up at 6:55. I was called by an employee who said they could not make my order bc they were closing early, and could not refund me unless I called the manager's cell phone. This is completely unprofessional, so I was on the way to having no food and no refund. When I expressed this, the girl told me I had an attitude problem. I called the number she gave me and obviously it wasn't a working number. I called back and spoke to another manager who refunded my order right then, and offered me food on the house the next day. She was ok, her name was Rihanna I think, but the other employee Cici was a complete disgrace. I won't come by to eat but I will be by to get my apology in person and speak to the actual "boss" Devin whom she referred to in the initial interaction. read more

I came in at 9:40 but i wouldn't care if i came in at 9:59 the closing time is at 10pm. As a customer who is spending their money to eat at an establishment that makes it possible for you to receive a paycheck i shouldn't feel like I'm doing something wrong by coming in at a certain time. My sub was made wrong however by the time I realized it I was already at my night shift job. I tried calling but no answer. Went back the next day to explain what happened and showed proof of purchase I was rudely interrupted and told in an aggressive manner if I didn't have a photo to prove I wasn't lying I would be paying full price. Mind you another associate had already started making me a replacement sandwich. I calmly explained to the rude employee how I had tried to call but received no response and that I couldn't come back last night because I was working a night shift that would not permit that before they closed. He refused to let me keep the sandwich for free. I was extremely surprised at how I was treated as a customer. I will never come back to this location! Wouldn't remake sandwich after messing it up, said she could just fix it. Didn't cut the sandwich (had to eat it in my car). Tomatoes looked old and tasted disgusting. Masks were covering mouth and not nose. Barely washed hands after coming out of back. Used to be a really good subway, but current employees are awful. Made a stop while traveling and found out they had a veggie patty! I eat Subway a lot and this was my first time seeing this option for my veggie sub. Tried it and enjoyed it! Please tell the other stores to get this on their menus! 1 downside, no raspberry white chocolate cookies. The great customer service from multiple employees made up for it though! Just your typical Subway Restaurant here in the Northeast part of Columbia. It's a quiet restaurant, never really crowded & never having to wait in a long line. Pretty clean interior and free wifi available. Eat fresh! read more

This place was no bueno. I would not return. I decided to have lunch here with my daughter and it was nice outside and wanted to sit on the patio to enjoy our lunch bad decision. The tables and chairs were not cleaned the entire patio was horrible it really needs attention. My sandwich was not prepared like I asked and I just didn't feel the need to complain. I have a love for subway that no one can understand. But this subway has outraged me. They are rude. And I asked for cheddar cheese and they put shredded cheese on my sandwich. For some people that might be what they want but I want cheese that doesn't fall of my sandwich. I know I sound ridiculous, I am well aware, but one of the things I love about subway is I get to pick what I want to put on my sandwich and watch to make sure it looks delicious. You eat with your eyes before you eat with your mouth. I asked her to fix my sandwich and she pretended like she didn't hear me. Then I went to go sit down and she told me I had to eat outside because the inside closes in ten minutes.... Well that's in ten minutes! I live down the road but I will not be back. She did not acknowledge my presence, yet when someone of her own ethnicity walked in she fawned all over her. While i waited to pay she went to fix the other person's sandwich.
