I previously gave this particular Subway a scathing review about 4 years ago. I stopped going there until my my girlfriend moved in with me and I was forced to go on a somewhat regular basis. The ownership has changed in the last two years which I think is for the better. I have to admit this Subway is up to par with the other Subways I've been to. Thank goodness because it really was a stain on the franchise under the previous ownership. The employees are friendly and much more efficient than what I was experiencing before. To sum it all up, thanks to my lady, I know have a solid Subway to hit up when I'm too lazy to make myself a sandwich. You should feel comfortable going here. read more

I order from doordash from this specific location and compared to 4 other Subways doordash has taken me to I always get my sandwich with the perfect portions from here. :) I can tell they make it with effort. Food was good and restaurant clean, my only issue is the employee that made my sandwich was EXTREMELY SLOW. I have never seen someone take so long to make an order. She moved like a turtle high on marijuana. When people are on their lunch break the service needs to be quick so that you can get in and out and back to work. Absolutely the worse Subway ever. Just went in today to order a couple sandwiches and a personal pizza. First sandwich she starts adding avacado to it,(which they charge extra for) and I never asked for avacado! I politely told her that it was not what I ordered and she tries scraping it off. i told her I am alergic and she did not understand me, and kept saying I don't understand what you say? Neither one of the two girls in there spoke very good english and they don't listed to anytihng you say. I asked her to make a new sandwich and she said "I use the same meat and cheese!" It was already toasted I was so grossed out I said just nevermind on that sandwich altogether. By toasting it again it would have been dried out! Second sandwich was my brothers, he asked her to put peppers on it. She didn't ask if he wanted lettuse but reached for it, he then said no, I don't want lettuse. She loked up and reached for it again and threw it on his sandwich and then picked it off once he said I don't want lettuse. He still got the sandwich but we were both fuming by this point! Third item was a personal pizza for my son. I told her I want a pepperoni pizza and she made it a cheese and toasted it. Then realized her mistake and tossed peperoni on there cold and boxed it up. WOW! She was very rude when I told her I didn't want the sandwich with avacado on it at all, did not offer to make me a new one, when I asked for a new one she wouldn't give me new meat or cheese (which was already toasted and had some avacado on it). Overall I will never be back, if it wasn't for the two other people with me who were really hungry I would ahve said forget it alltogether! read more

This Subway is a wonderful spot. Friendly, clean and very efficient. It's a healthy alternative thats Very economical. My husband and I eat for $16 which includes drink, foot long sandwich on fresh bread and chips and a cookie. And the restroom is spotless! read more

I'm a regular at subways wherever I am, Healthier food then any other fast food. At this location in Concord off of Monument blvd im in two or three times a month, sometimes more sometimes less but every time I am always clean and I'm greeted with a smile, which is more than I can say for other subways I visit. The staff here is always nice and even acknowledges when they haven't seen you in a while like they did today. I give them five stars for customer service and always fresh food. read more

I don't have to say it, you already know it - Subway rocks! If you're like me and a general shunner of fast food, then you know Subway is the perfect compromise when you just need eats in a hurry. Tons and tons of options and combinations, and of course you always get to personalize your bread, veggie, cheese and condiment choice. Shouldn't every house have a Subway in it? The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful, and they aren't afraid to jam extra lettuce and veggies in to make a nice plump sammich! And, this is a personal thing with me, no employee here has ever questioned me when I tell them I don't want mayo, mustard or any kind of spread. I just don't - I've liked dry sandwiches since I was a kid. But I have literally had Subway employees treat the request like I've forgotten to wear my pants or something...for shaaaaaaame. Went to this Subway after working a night shift and just wanted something besides breakfast food. It was my first time here and I was so tired that Freida had to repeat everything thing to me but was sooo polite about it. The food was fresh! Even the avocado which can be hit or miss at most places. I ran into the owner on the way out he introduced himself and said he just bought the place. So it's under new management etc. If you had a bad experience in the past I would suggest trying it out again. It's hard to find healthy and convenient. Plenty of parking too. I visited during the grand re-opening and was blown away. Games & giveaways for the adults & kids! All the workers were friendly & attentive, and even offered me a free cookie with my order! This place is really close to work so i am able to walk over for lunch here.....but, the sandwich experts who creates my sandwich needs a little bit more training.... I like my sandwich neat and tight. But lately the last two times i have eaten here when i open my wrapped up sandwich the veggies are falling out and the presenation all together is quite sloppy!!!!! Terrible service here! The employee didn't offer me mayo or mustard. She was going to wrap the sandwich and I was like where's the mayo and mustard! She squirted mayo and mustard on top, making the sandwich so messy. Then she was going to wrap the sandwich again and that's when I realized she didn't put olive oil or vinegar on the sandwich. I usually love this Subway, it's very clean, the food is usually fresh, and the team members are so friendly. However, today when I came in the veggie bar didn't look well tended too. Multiple things were empty and some vegetables didn't look to appealing, I had to ask for some to be taken out of a new bin. The associate although nice enough, was not as friendly as the others associates that usually help me. Didn't smile once and moved so unbelievably slow. We went for lunch today, the first time since their management change. Service was not great, we had to wait quite a while to have our order taken. The music was quite loud, and between that and a language barrier, it was difficult to get our order placed. Our sandwiches were OK, but the music was the real problem. Not only was it far too loud, but it consisted of very vulgar language, nearly every other word was a swear word, dealing with violence and sexual action. I was just in there at about 7pm on December 23rd. The woman working was Middle Eastern I think. Her English was terrible. Once when I asked her to repeat something she angrily prefaced her response with, "I SAID...!" I apologized and admitted that I could not understand her, which was only the truth, I certainly didn't say it to be mean. After that she gave me nasty attitude and was decidedly unpleasant during the rest of our transaction. When I got back home I discovered she made the sandwiches wrong. Whether it was due to the language barrier or vindictiveness I don't really know. Either way I don't think I will be going back until they learn to screen their applicants more carefully. read more

Of the subways in the area I think this one is my new favorite. Typically I go here at lunch time, the sandwich slingers are quick and efficient and get you out the door in the blink of an eye. I was a little hesitant at first since this location never really seems busy but then I realized its because they are so quick and efficient! The ingredients are fresh and the store is clean. Parking is decent and you'll typically find a spot out front. read more

Horrible sandwich, tooooo much mustard, a ton of olives and onions and very little meat. As my sandwich was being made extremely fast which made it almost impossible to tell her light mustard and mayo...I only had 10 minutes left on my lunch so I didn't have time to complain and I was starving but could only eat a few bites of the onion mustard sandwich before throwing it away. Will never go back Togo's is 100 times better for a fast food sandwich shop. read more

The level of quality in each Subway I go to feels different depending on its location. This one is very stingy about their condiments and seems limited to what they have. Comparing this location to the one in Sunvalley Mall or the one in Walnut Creek off Locust, I've noticed the other two locations had spinach. I would think that the other two locations have a higher number of customers due to their location. I probably would've enjoyed my sandwich if I went to the one a few blocks down near Kohl's. read more

Typically going to a subway restaurant is the same wherever you go. But that does not hold true with this subway. Keep in mind I don't like Subway to begin with but it's cheap and convenient. Anyway the sandwich makers here rush the job, put all the mayonnaise on one end of the bread and all the mustard on the other end of the bread so you have two big gobs not spread out. Gross. I've been here 4 or 5 times. About half of those visits I was given hard bread. I understand they make it daily but mine was hard. I won't be going back. Long live locally owned deli's! read more

I've had both good and not good experiences here. Today was a not good experience. Usually it seems they love what they do, they put the effort into making a good sandwich. It sounds strange but it's very true. Today this woman did not care. She pretty much just through the meat onto the bread and gave me very minimal vegetables. The guy that was after me asked for a meatball sub light on the sauce and he emphasized light. She apparently heard extra sauce because she kept pouring it on and asked "Is that OK?" I go to pay for it and all of a sudden a smile appears when she asks if I want a meal, and how easily it disappears when I say no. read more

Did not get a Welcome how are you??? The lady had no name tag the other lady did " Lori " short chunky lady . Both kept talking in their language which is really rude to do in front of customers.
