Walking in, you can definitely tell this is a franchised Subway. 2 pm on a Sunday - pretty quiet and definitely not busy. It's been awhile since I've seen the Loaded Baked Potato soup available and pizzas -- they do have it here, if you're looking for it. Overall disappointed in my experience at this particular Subway for a few reasons. 1. Cleanliness - spills of drinks all over the drink station that had puddled and you could tell have been there since earlier in the day. Tables outside have not been cleaned off. 2. Portion sizes - when did 3 pieces of bell peppers become the standard for a 6" sandwich? 3. Pizza - undercooked. I asked to have to have it toasted again, after adding my veggies on because it didn't look cooked at all. Originally, it was put in the oven for 25 seconds, the 2nd time, 20 seconds. Somehow, that didn't help. I didn't bother to go back to address my concerns, as when I was in there, the 2 females working spent more time with their backs turned to me and talking to one another that I didn't think the conversation would be worth it. I also had to repeat myself multiple times. It's also a little concerning that the plastic the pizza was wrapped in was cut open with the same knife the sandwich was cut in half with. Employee also didn't swap out her gloves after touching other surfaces (the acrylic) which was clearly dirty with dried spillage and finger prints all over. Restroom is for employees only, just a heads up.

My receipt showing my order was PAID

I placed an order for pick up online today at approximately 11:15 AM. I get to the store at 11:35 to 11:40 AM and both of the female clerks are saying that they did not receive my order. I show them my order confirmation to which my card was charged, and they both refuse to make my sandwich or give me a refund. One of the ladies contacted her general manager, who also told her there was nothing that they can do to help me. I spent my entire lunchtime, trying to dispute this, showing them the proof of my purchase, for them just to fight me back the entire time providing zero customer service. I now spent money on a meal at Subway, that I never got, and was also not refunded for. They straight scammed me out of my money. I will never come back to this location ever again, and I will make sure to tell everybody that I know that comes to this subway my experience today.

It's clearly a chain, but somehow I'd never heard of it before. Lucky me, because I had no idea what a treat I was in for. I placed my to-go order at the self-service kiosk and waited about 10 minutes in a lively dining room covered in colorful graffiti-style artwork while an eclectic mix of rock and country music played in the background. When my name was called, the real experience began once I got back to my car. First, the fries. They were perfectly golden, crispy, crunchy, and seasoned just right. I dipped them into what I quickly learned is Dave's famous, highly coveted sauce, and the combination was absolutely delicious. I'm not a big bread person and I'm notorious for deconstructing my sandwiches, so I took the chicken from the slider--more like an oversized, juicy chicken tender than a nugget--dipped it in the sauce, and paired it with the fries. It was the perfect bite every time. I ordered the #4 meal, which comes with two small sliders and fries. The sliders are served with slaw, pickles, kale slaw, and Dave's sauce unless you customize them. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without being too heavy. It turned out to be the perfect snack, and I'll definitely be back.

Honestly, one taco can be filling on its own. I've also tried the shrimp tacos and enchiladas, and both are really good. My husband usually gets a burrito, and that's always amazing too. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Try to come early, especially on weekends, because it gets really packed. It's not a big of a place so gets busy, ambiance is very casual.

That portion size. The amount of meat. Looking at the picture always makes me crave tacos again and again and again. The meat, whether it was the pork belly or the carnitas, was so flavorful. Every bite was juicy and addicting - just kept wanting more bites after another. They had a sauce that my friend and I kept adding and it was very delicious. A little kick or a lot of spice really elevates the food even more. The super birria quesadilla definitely fulfills the price you pay for it and more. Gigantic , overfilled quesadilla that had so much seasoning and just made with lots of love. Overall, we had an amazing dining experience here. Parking may be limited when it is prime dining hours. Food came in fast. Service was also great.

Okay, we ordered from the server and showed her our coupon. I order the Vegan burger which is a bean burger with cheddar cheese and hubby went with the mushroom burger. We had to have an order of fries and had it half sweet potato and half traditional. We were given cups for water without needing to ask. Nice! The wait wasn't long and the amount of fries is really impressive. We preferred the sweet potato fries because they had some more crispiness on the outside and were seasoned more. I enjoyed my burger and grateful for the knife and fork because it quickly became messy to eat. Hubby enjoyed his burger because of the generous toppings and bun. He said the burger could have used more seasoning. We eyed all the shakes coming out, with envy. Next time! On a Friday at 7pm, parking was plentiful. Come on out for a burger, fries and a shake!

I like my fries crispy, which is what I asked for; they were not but they were pretty good. My only complaint is go easy on the salt. But that is my fault because usually when its my first time somewhere, I asked for no salt just because some places tend to be heavy handed. Not the case here, but still just a tad too much for me personally. Everyone is the place was very nice and professional. If you're in the area, you should check them out. I will stop in again, on my way home, if i'm starving and have some extra coins to spend eating out. I was starving, so no photos.
