This place is such a hidden gem, it's in the cuts of Walnut Creek you wouldn't just stumble upon it. When I remember, which would be after work or in the late afternoon when they are closed or sold out of bread. All that to say...Go early and call ahead. I can't rate the food because I never received it. Their system is extremely terrible. They have online ordering and they advertise it as skipping the line, but what they don't tell you is once when you order online, it actually puts your orders behind the people that orders in person so it's giving you the false assumption that your order is gonna be ready. I put the option for ASAP pick up and it pushed my order back an entire hour+. Over an hour wait for a sandwich? that is absurd. She is not a big eater so the meat and produce portioning was perfect for her. The 3 meat Italian sub with the produce on a ciabatta roll turned out tasty. Ever since Maggoria Breads went out of business it has been hard to find rolls that are light, fluffy that don't fill you up. Morucci's ciabatta roll was light with a little chewiness to it. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the sandwiches but I did of the menu to show latest pricing. If you haven't been to Morucci's, there is a counter to order, then you go to the Cashier to pay and either wait inside or outside for the staff to call your name. There is more room to wait outside but sometimes it is difficult to hear the name being called. They have good sandwiches so if I'm I. The neighborhood, I'll drop in. The lines for ordering and paying aren't bad but the back-up occurs making all of the orders. I waited about 35 minutes but I wasn't in a rush.
