The staff, including Trudy who runs the place, were very friendly and were sharing information about points of interest in the area (which I took them up on). The service brings the food to your table if you are dining-in and only charge you when you are finished. I did pay at the counter instead of waiting for a bill to be brought to my table. Parking is convenient on both sides of the street (free and angled in). The elevated entrance does have ramps at the half blocks for those challenged by steps.
